✿Taiwan HUNG RUI CHEN Sandwich Recipe

  • I've made two kinds of hot #HongRUICHEN sandwiches: the original ham sandwich and the ham cheese sandwich. I bought a sandwich at a store and ate it myself. I analyzed the ingredient list and made it a little less sweet. Please check the cooking tools and detailed recipes I used by pressing the ▼More button below.
    ✿ Taiwan Red Luizen Sandwich Material ✿ (A total of 4 ingredients if cut in half)
    8 slices of bread, 2 eggs, a bit of salt, 1 tablespoon of wine.
    2 sandwiches ham, 4 fried-egg (sandwich ham size)
    ✿ Spread Material ✿
    1. Buttercream - 30g butter (two tablespoons thickly) 1 teaspoon per oligo (5g)
    2. Milk mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of condensed milk
    How to make ✿✿
    1. Butter cream and condensed milk mayonnaise with soft butter that has been left at room temperature for more than 30 minutes.
    (If you measure the butter in advance and put it in a bowl, you can save time.^^)
    2. Add a little bit of salt and 1 tablespoon of wine and stir well to send thin pieces of ground, cool them, and cut them to make 4 sandwiches. (In the video, there are eggs left, but they are made in bulk. If you make two eggs, it's perfect.)
    3. Cut the edges of the sandwich bread neatly.
    4. Apply condensed milk mayonnaise not too thick. (Two times of the video, it tastes like aid. I used the least amount, and it seemed a little less soft.ᅲ)
    5. Spread 1 tablespoon butter cream in half on one side of the bread. (You have to be thick enough to make it feel like an inverter, so it becomes a delicious sandwich that melts.)
    6. Put ham on top of butter and the bread where ham meets is the original recipe when butter cream is double.
    7. Cover the bread with bread and put the egg on it and apply the condensed milk factor again. Finally, cover the bread again. (You can cut it with a lot of pressure. If you put a heavy cutting board on top and cut it, you can cut it more neatly. I cut it right out of time, and it's full of sandwiches.
    8. I'll cut half of the Hong Luizen sandwich with this thick-looking face to face. It's very simple, right?
    I think it would be nice to make a lot of cherry blossom games and go there.✿

    요즘 핫한 샌드위치 🥪 대만의 홍루이젠 샌드위치 만들어 봤어요. 직접 먹어보고 재료 일일이 분석하고 포장지에 적힌 소스도 거의 비슷하게 만들어봤답니다.
    🥪매장의 샌드위치가 많이 달아서 설탕은 빼고 거의 비슷하지만 조금 덜달게 만들었네요. 대만 홍루이젠 원조 레시피에는 연유가 들어간 마요네즈와 버터에 올리고당과 설탕이 들어가는 버터크림을 사용하더라고요.
    확실히 연유 마요네즈 듬뿍 발라야 맛있긴하네요 ㅠ
    🌸벚꽃시즌에 만들어 놀러가면 좋을듯 해요.

    오오오 홍루이젠 별로 든건 없지만 맛있는 샌드위치인데, 버터랑 마요네즈랑 잘 조합해서 이렇게 만들어볼 수 있군요!! 지단은 얇고 노랗게 하기 정말로 어려울 것 같아요~ 연유도 적절히 들어가서 달콤한 향이 많이 날것같은 샌드위치네요 ! 마지막에 웃고 있는 우유잔 너무 귀엽네요 ~~!!

      치즈는 옵션으로 들어간게 있고 안들어간 것이 기본 메뉴더라고요~
