*i had to leave work early today because i couldn’t stop vomiting so today was pretty miserable. got home, slept, woke up and decided to try to do this as soon as i stopped throwing up my food. i was able to get through it and burned over 300 calories. so glad that my body showed up for me this afternoon even though this morning was a mess. thank you michelle*
Thank you for the great video. I am 71 yers old and I have been rebounding for 12 years due to stage 4 breast cancer and the removal lymph nodes. Rebounding really helps my lymphedema. I loved you video today and I got a great workout! Thanks again.

I just purchased a Jumpsport trampoline. I am barely 5 feet and I can’t touch my ceiling with my fingertips. (basement apartment)I didn’t realize that, when jumping in conjunction with arm movements (overhead)my hands hit the ceiling. Help and advice, please. The only other place is outside and I live on the Main Street of a little town and that would be entertainment for a lot of people…😂
