I bet you are right, Mary Beth. They probably had a store. Hard to believe someone would have all this just as different collections. Thanks for sharing your finds.
Greetings from Texas! The plates are priced individually and I think they were $5 each on the last day of the sale. However, this was an estate sale that I shopped. It's not a retail store and they liquidate to another buyer after it's over. Long gone. Trust me, I am wishing I had bought a couple more items.
I love the Harmony Kingdom collection!!! My Hubby bought me an owl that I cherish in my collection!!! The little face pots were also very interesting!!! 🥰
This was fun to see, Lady Mary Beth. Thank you for filming this. I love the etched eggs, particularly the golden one, and the face pots. I had never heard of those before, but they do remind me of Doulton Toby character jugs, which come in various sizes. The blue vase is beautiful, and it would be lovely on a window sill, catching the light as it passes through the window. Your angel will be a nice addition to your Christmas decorations, possibly as part of a gathering on your dining room buffet. Thanks for showing us these lovely items.
Love the eggs - I have an egg collection with a few Waterford Crystal pieces. Always giving us great gift ideas! I agree. Looks like the person owned a store. Thank you for taking us along.🙂🙂🙂
Hope Chest Resale on 290 has a Waterford egg for $58 new in box. Thought about adding to my collection, but bought a Waterford seahorse instead. You can get 10% off if you mention my channel. Bet your egg collection is lovely at Easter. 🐰
Hi Mary Beth, wow, all nice stuffs! I love going to garage sales and good-will "like" store too yet here where am base ( Grand Cayman Islands) there's nothing like yours over there. Thanks for sharing your videos every now and then

You are such a delight,Lady Mary Beth. I have a question:what is the greatest estate sale/thrift shop find? Mine is a mortar and pestle, black walnut or mahogany, from the late 1700’s,the patina is to die for, smooth as glass❤️
HaPpY MoThErS Day! 🌹 That was a beautifully set up estate sale! The items were immaculately cleaned and the house was gorgeous! It looked like either Kingwood or The Woodlands. Of course, there are so many beautiful areas in Houston I am probably wrong! Either way, thank you for taking us along and providing valuable information on so many items. I love the oversized Mikasa Holy Family you purchased and can imagine that will provide a stunning accent or focal point in any room of your home. As always.....a pleasure to view. ♥️
The estate sale was in the Champions area. It’s always a pleasure to discover new treasures and meet new people..The shoppers are always kind and respectful of others.
You really did a great job featuring so many wonderful items there. I was starting to think, boy, I’m living in the wrong neighborhood. I don’t see a state sales like that, wow!
Estate sales are all around us, though not so obvious. I put in my zip code at estatesales.net to see what is in the area. Went to one Friday and the neighborhood was having garage sales. Hardly anyone was at the awesome estate sale. This really surprised me.
Lady Mary Beth, I think you’re so elegant and so beautiful all your videos are magnificent. I’m not a person to subscribe but I had to subscribe to you, God bless you and your family. I find your videos so informative, I especially enjoy your videos on Waterford. I’ve purchased many Waterford pieces, now that I know what to look for. I’ve watched all your videos looking forward to many more. Thank you.
Bon Nuit, Mon Amie Lady Mary Beth, I did so enjoy this trip and I collect Giraffes!! Along with llamas and Alpacas. If I was 30 years younger I would have a farm with chicken goats and llamas!!
Buy the dress lady plates. Alice in Wondferland super. Murano been there and too expensive but find it in garage sales Well done on the nativity. Peacock throw!? and pearls - if in doubt buy!
I like how you think! My friend bought the Alice in Wonderland tea set and said it’s going for big bucks on eBay. Yes, Murano is way too expensive to buy in Italy.
Self-control is not always my strong suit while shopping for treasures. Filming is a good distraction. The last day of the sale is a good strategy for deals.
Happy mother's Day!! Wow this was very interesting and they had so many great things I just wish that they would make places where wheelchairs could go I am currently in a wheelchair I would love to do stuff like that but I have seen they have not had any wheelchair access I want to thank you so much for taking me on all your estate sales . Your channel is very relaxing God bless and stay safe
Wishing you a Happy Mother’s Day as well! 💐 Thrift stores and Goodwill will have wheelchair access. Wish the private homes could accommodate. In some cases, estate sales are off-site due to HOA restrictions. Then, it would be possible when in a commercial building.
Where do you resell some of your items? Wanted to share: yesterday I decided to go to an estate sale, second day, almost at closing time. Bought a solid mahogany dresser and chest to finish off my bedroom suite. $100 for both!! Immaculate condition
I sell on eBay and recently opened an Etsy store under my name. Need to add items..EBay fees are high, so have not listed much lately. Will get items listed on Etsy in the next couple of weeks.
Thank you for taking us along on your adventures. After viewing many of your videos recorded in you dining room, I have noticed what appears to be punch bowl set on a stand in the far corner. Do you use it or is it just a collectible on display? I’m curious if people still use punch bowl sets. Also, would you share tips on storing large collectible serving pieces between use and display? Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion for fine crystal and china.
Good eye! That is the Aztec pattern punch bowl by the McKee Glass Co. in the corner. It’s actually a useful and multi-purpose party essential. Just returned from Tennessee where I hosted a party and featured a centerpiece punch bowl with the main course. Will share the party prep in a future segment.
Those giraffes probably came from Africa. I do not collect African art but I bought one-off those giraffes from a visiting missionary at my church once, the people hand carve them to sell there. They were nicely carved and painted.
Bet you are right about them being from Africa. I have a small collection that I feature on "Wild about..." tablescapes. First one I did was "Wild about Chocolate" which was fun for the staff at my kid's elementary school. Those hand carved animals are treasures.

Hi Lovely Lady Mary Beth.. you’ve introduced me to estate sales and I want to thank you! I went to my first one this past weekend lol and it was interesting. But unfortunately it was the 3rd day of the sale and not much was left. I also did get a little depressed because I felt like we were going through someone’s life, their belongings etc .. Maybe I’m just retarded but I’m overly sensitive to that stuff and it made me hug & cherish my mom more on Mother’s Day yesterday ❤️🌹 and this house you showed had so many beautiful treasures !
Glad you are discovering estate sales. Sometimes, prices are reduced on the second day. It really depends on the company managing it. Totally understand how it affects you going through someone's lifelong collections and belongings. I approach it with great respect and empathy. Often, I inquire about the family's situation. Sometimes, it's moving on to an assisted living and not a passing. Other times, it's a moving sale or selling off belongings from a second home. I shopped Trace Adkins home in Nashville and this was a divorce situation. Very sad. I have so much more to share about estate sales. Bottom line is that you are helping the family by shopping their estate sale. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Hi went to Goodwill today.....found a 10 inch Aynsley Wild Tudor pattern vase for $20 (sticker from Reed and Barton for original price $95). can't find on eBay etc....did I do okay? Also some glass plates, I love them as plant saucers. Then I see them everyday. Also wanted to ask about Edinburgh Glass. While in Uk, bought a large and small crystal glass at a charity shop, when checking out the clerk said I was lucky to find Edinburgh Glass at that price. There is no markings...what do you think?
Great find at Goodwill! Love your idea to use glass plates as plant saucers. Brilliant! Edinburgh Glass was eventually acquired by Waterford and they kept the brand. However, it eventually faded away with the many changes at Waterford Crystal. They were trying to keep their heads above water. I would say you have some treasures. Awesome!
