What are your cam gears set at, for it to idle like that?
How did you change the springs without the valve falling?
Compressed air works good. Use a compression tester to go through the spark plug hole. Works on ls1 stuff anyways, don’t see why it wouldn’t work on a Honda engine

No it was not that hard to degree the cams in while the engine was in the car. And I did not use aftermarket valves
