    Learn how to make tasty and delicious restaurant style 'Biryani Gravy' with our chef Smita.
    Biryani Gravy is a best option to have with at restaurants may it be with vegetable biryani or non-veg biryani. This biryani curry / biryani gravy is not that difficult to make, Get Curried has brought this recipe of how to make biryani gravy at home with easy and quick steps.
    Ingredients:
    3-4 tbsp Oil
    2 Bay Leaves
    1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
    For Onion Paste (1 Cup)
    1 Onion
    2 Green chillies
    1 Inch Ginger
    3-4 Cloves Garlic
    2 Tomatoes (Grated)
    3 tbsp Coconut paste
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tsp coriander seed powder
    1 tsp Biryani Masala Powder
    1/2 ltr Water
    Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
    Salt
    Biryani Masala : • BIRYANI MASALA Recipe ...
    Method :
    1. Take oil in a wok, add bay leaves, fenugreek leaves, onion paste and saute it.
    2. Now put tomato into it and saute till the oil separates.
    3. Also add some coconut paste till the oil separate.
    4. Add into it turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder & biryani masala powder and saute it.
    5. Finally add water, salt and coriander leaves and let the curry boil properly.
    6. Once the curry is boiled well, turn off the flame and serve the delicious & hot biryani gravy.

    Made this last night and it was really good! I found 1/2 liter of water to be a lot though and had to cook this down for about an hour. Is that normal? Would love to see you do an egg biryani recipe!

    recipe is really good, BTW saw people saying that you should talk in Hindi or something BUT dont they know there's subtitle ?if they can type they can do that much at least, it's a different story if they can't handle basics tho(like reading Hindi?or language they want)

    Mam, if we are having non veg biriyani, then we can add chicken stock instead of water, which I think will give a better aroma

    Excellent !! I loved this recipe bcos it doesn't have peanuts. As I'm allergic to peanuts. Normally the salans are made with peanuts. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe 😍

    Some.of the Indian restaurants serve biryani with this curry on top or on side .. I tried so many times to get the receipe from them with no luck .. finally I happen to stumble on this video while searching for shorba .. and God I am happy .. madam a thousand thanks to you .. we enjoyed biryani with your recepie ..     Subha 5baje uth ke betha hun chicken dukan khulne se chicken lekar aunga briyani banaunga, phir apka gravy recepie try karunga.
