I think I'm missing something. Why go through all the extra steps of using that block and vise to loosen the top nuts and bottom bolts? Why not just break them loose while they're still in the triple clamp before removing the tubes?
Yes, you could but do you have the clearance underneath the handlebars? Plus replacing the seals and everything, you might as well make the mounts to fit in the vise, you will eventually. Thanks for watching
Hello i am about to replace the seals on my klr and i have a question It is about your hand made tool on 17.43 (on your video) is this tool also needed when assembling or only when disassembling ???
Good question, sometimes you do need it for the reassembly and sometimes you need it for the disassembly but not all the time. If you have an impact an air impact wrench sometimes that comes right out of there and it'll tighten right up. Thanks for watching

Never underestimate the spark plug I thought my carb was bad a quick spark plug swap and its running good.
That happened yesterday on my customer's bike was running terrible until changed the spark plugs. Thanks for input and thanks for watching.

I saw you put 450 ml of oil in the fork. I am pretty sure it is 350 ml. Quite a difference.
