Madison, that is a great question. I have no explanation. I have not eaten them in several months or years. I did quickly look at the nutrition panel and found that it lists a serving as one sixteenth of a package and I suspect it had something to do with the number of servings I was eating. They are supposed to be a keto friendly snack. I assume they would be less of a problem if I did not eat 16 servings at one sitting.
@@Swivelsonwheels in terms of Original/plain/regular (not hot, spicy, queso, etc) pork rinds, (nearly?) every brand lists: (approx) Fried Pork Skins (and) Salt. ... of course it is hard to tell what they are fried in. I have actually heard a radio commercial ~ "... fried in (seed) oils". ..... Epic says Baked, but has some seasonings. I probably should re-listen for what his neuro effects were. Be Well.
Any guess or knowledge, as to why pork rinds might have unwanted neurological effects? Thank you for the postings.

It could be due to ingredients that are added in the processing
