- Spoiler Alert - Teddy wins!! He even meets his dad and his brother at the show and competes against them!
This show caused many sleepless nights I thought we were going to be an utter embaressment and the competition wouldnt be nice, but everyone was so lovely they were all helping one another teaching us all about different grooming products and brushes helping us get Teddy looking his absolute best and cheering us on in the ring! We made so many new friends and had the longest but best day!
So proud of my little man.
Teddy is such a stud. He's all like, "I got this..!" I'm glad he won but I am not sure how they can judge with all the beautiful dogs!
They're all cat lovers so the judges can be non biased but they can be bribed with dreamies.

Well done Teddy. Niko wanted Teddy"s news about his day, Phil quickly lost interest when he discovered that the rosettes aren't for eating. Milo will claim the credit for making Teddy calmer before his show debut. Does this victory mean Teddy is totally forgiven for the "fence incident"?
He is such a beauty AND he has a lovely nature , a winner all round!
Teddy is a natural at this. He stayed in his pose pretty good and kept looking at her while he was running (or prancing). He was robbed on the last judging but I see him really enjoying it.

Teddy is absolutely gorgeous. So are his dad and brother. I think Teddy did very well. He will get better as he competes more. I actually love all 4 of your fur babies. 😍
I was worried that Teddy’s tail wouldnt curl up throughout the walk and stance as I heard that is something the judges look at. And his tail was very straight at home after the bath. In the end - Otis’s tail wasn’t curled up 100% of the time and Teddy’s was.
Having Freya walk him helped as he was wagging his curled tail for a stranger.
Then when he got home - his tail was back down again.

Teddy is such a gorgeous Malamute. His markings are exquisite! He’s just going to get better and better! Good luck in March!
His markings might disappear when he reaches age 2-3 though. Markings are great but I don't think this is what makes him such a gorgeous doggo)))
Yes, he is quite extraordinary, noticed this about him when he was a pup. Very unique, very well bred and obviously very animated.
Teddy is quite the natural and very chill, loved how Niko greeted him when he arrived home.
Very proud of Teddy!! He'll get used to doing Dog Show Competitions the more you have him do it.
That was cool that he beat his brother and it also cool to see his dad. I could definitely tell where Teddy got his eye markings from.

Niko, the mother hen that she is, missed him so much and was obviously concerned/mad about the scents of all the other dogs on him. Lots of love for Teddy.💙💙💙💙

Teddy: Phil, Niko and Milo I had the best time. I met my blood brother and Father were there and some nice lady in red feeding me alot of treats.. I won 2 ribbons.

Obligatory Public Service Announcement:
If you are interested in a specific breed please talk to breeders about adopting a retired show dog. Reputable breeders will only breed a female a few times so they tend to be fairly young, though not puppies. Once the breeder is done showing and breeding they need good homes for those retired dogs. Retired show dogs tend to have excellent personalities and are trained to be groomed and examined (they are super easy at the vet).
The other dogs who need homes are "failed" show dogs. My current Shiba Inu was just a half inch too short to make breed standard and the breeder desperately need a home for the poor boy since he couldn't be bred or showed. These dogs will tend to be slightly younger than the retired show dogs but also don't have the intensive training. Some of them may even have psychological problems (my friend has a dog who developed a phobia of all things related to dog shows).
So please, if you love a breed look into adopting a slightly older dog. The breeders will love you and so will your new dog.

Sweet Teddy has no idea how beautiful he is, he is just a big puppy who had a great day of people petting him and giving him treats and him meeting other dogs.

Teddy is a handsome boy, I lost my sweet Malamute suddenly almost two years ago, I cant even look at a picture of her without breaking down. But watching your pack makes me happy.
I agree that Teddy is handsome, but I've always liked Philly Bear's looks the best. He has that smile that some dogs have :)

Love your video's! This one brought back memories of showing my Great Dane when I was young. We used to do it as a family and my dog ranked top 13 in the United States. Her full name was Brad Ann's Fawn Renee CDX. This is a wonderful family thing to do with your daughter and she will remember it forever! I'm now in my 60's.
I have mother and daughter Siberian Huskies. Mom had her dewckaws removed at the vet. It took 3 hours. One year old Daughter Maya was howling sadly for 3 straight hours. It was her first time being separated from her mother in her life. The reunion with Mom was wonderful. Just like your Teddy and Nico reunion! Wonderful to see! Congratulations Teddy!!!

I actually teared up when proudly watching him there and seeing all that love, pride and affection, coming toward him from Emma. My words can't describe just how much i love every single member of this wonderful family, including all their furry babies, so all their joys and accomplishments make me extremely happy too! I am more than certain that i am not the only one who feels this way!
I wish Teddy good luck in March but whatever the outcome will be, it doesn't really matter. What truly matters is him being this healthy, happy ball of love and affection who is surrounded by his lovely furry siblings and human family and who is so much loved by thousands of people like me. I can only wish for any dog to have a life like this! :)
