I mean yeah, apart from introducing the quantum tunnel and the possibilities of time travel which would form the entire plot of Avengers Endgame.
yeah, I've been re-watching a lot of the MCU movies and there's a bunch of set up in a lot of the movies, you just don't think about it really when watching them individually. But if you watch them back to back to back, you start to notice things that come up later, much later.

Ant-Man & the Wasp I think suffered from horrible direction and bad jokes. Ant-Man is not Pee-Wee's Playhouse. I thought Paul Rudd did some really weird Pee-Wee stuff in this that was just off-putting. Then, whoever came up with the "9-1-1" joke during the villain exposition should have been slapped. Half the reason I don't know much about Ghost is because Lawrence Fishburne kept getting interrupted for a joke.

Yeah, I thought his plan and his motivation was pretty well spelled out, personally. I could have gone with a slightly less glib and more sinister and even confused Ultron, but I still love the character in this movie. There's no way they don't eventually bring him back.

Yeah I think I stopped watching when Age of Ultron was ranked 20th, and skipped ahead to see Infinity War/Endgame in 6th/5th.
I can understand Ultron being a Dark Horse Avengers movie to be sure--but even with its worst spin seeing it behind Ant Man 1 or Thor 1 baffles me.

Most of the movie was inconsequential. You could have had the post credit scene (and explain where Scott was) in the beginning of Endgame or the end of Infinity War.

Once again, people put captain marvel far too high, and Ant Man 2, Doctor Strange and Iron Man 3 are too low. Those three films are far better than Captain Marvel

Honestly this list is actually pretty spot on for me with the exception of Iron Man at #11. That has to be higher and given more respect for when it came out, and how it started the MCU. You could argue that movie could have been nominated for an Oscar that year if they had more spots since that was the last year they only had 5 spots for best movie.
Doctor Strange is ranked 18 that's when I stopped watching the video.

Agree. I hate the whole "it tried to set up phase 3 in too many scenes". It actually only had one scene and that was with Thor and the lake. Well if you count the Tony Nightmare sequence that would be two.
I loved Ultron though it wasn't a well polished film.
I like the idea of an Android being the thing that saves us from the soulless machine.
I also like how they humanized vision in the 15 seconds following his birth. A simple look out the window to appreciate the scenery.
It's not the best Avengers movie but still... has a lot of amazing moments
it was under rated. it lead to civil war and showed what they never focused on...the casualties.

Doctor strange is my favorite MCU film. That is subjective, but 18 is objectively too low on the list.

I get what you mean, but that's not really interesting. That's not organic. A bunch of superheroes don't just show up all at once, and some people would be further along as others show up. It's also just important to go back and forth between new vharavters and sequels to ongoing stories to keep things fresh and engaging. I think an argument can be made that sone origin stories should have come out earlier than they did, but I think that they went with the right approach overall.
"It's O.K": A phrase you can use to describe both the worst of the MCU and the best of the DCEU.

I loved that movie, much better than the 2003 one, but i don't see it as part of the mcu, because of the actor change. I can't even imagine this whole movie with Ruffalo's Bruce Banner, they are like totally different characters, even the Hulk doensn't resemble the atual one at all... This hulk wouldn't work in recent movies like Ragnarok and Endgame...

I’m sorry but black panther is way too high on the list, very overrated film
Yeah, the action scenes were forgettable and lacklustre.
It had the second best villian with the second most understandable motivations. Wakanda really feels like it could be a real place with its building and architecture representing and more futuristic look while there apparel representing a more tribal look. It easily beat everything below it because I can't even remember the villians names or their motivations. (Except Ultron because his name is in the title). IMO it should have been above Thor Ragnarok it had a cliché bad villian and way too comedic at times.
Mazoku Wolf Black Panther was deadass a forgettable experience. Even though Ragnarok isn’t the best, it’s much more fun than Black Panther and took far more chances

Ragnarok is quality, this list is an aggregate of the IGN staff’s individual lists, clearly they all rate Ragnarok very highly, a lot of people do trust me, I’d put it ahead of Infinity War too, I agree guy though IW is more impressive than EG.

Honestly there’s parts of the list I don’t agree with but yes Winter Soldier is the best fr performances to story/plot to character development to the goddamn Score and soundtrack 🔥

@@Samisgreat-lf2yx Yeah, me too. I really loved killmonger it was just three twists they layed out so awkwardly on top of each other. I would have preferred them just showing us that the king killed his brother, I think that movie was just forgettable to me, from the very beginning.
And Avengers endgame should have been 1 and the Avengers at 2
