Dammit, you are right. I just did a very thorough search (in Japanese). They don't have the Dirty Pair version of this song at all. They do have Meiko's album version (very different, it's just not so exciting as this arrangement), and they have the Dirty Pair ED song 'Space Fantasy'. But they are greyed out, which means you'd need to use a VPN and connect to Japan in order to listen to those songs.
Do you have a link to that? Couldn't find it on YT. Also, was it part of the World God Only Knows soundtrack? Kanae Itou did a cover of Urusei Yatsura's Dancing Star for that.
