    I was wondering how much tension you feel in you body? Like shoulders raised or holding yourself in certain ways without knowing. I think we have similar stories on how we developed this

      yes I definitely find myself with raised shoulders. But I'm not sure if that's just from adjusting to my computer or what. but I do correct tension when I find it. I have a lot of tension in my stomach basically 24/7.

      @@mentalhealthdiaries3494 I’ve been working on relaxing my body for the past six months. To the point where it’s uncomfortable to relax. Long story short I’ve felt a difference. Your body is always on alert from the unpredictable environment growing up which triggers the dp. That’s my theory

    hi man! again, i beg you to do the stuff from jordan, if you want i cant even give you my stuff to entry the course for free (this is no joke) i fucking know how it is, and i thought my life was literally over. im 101% back to normal and 101% anxiety free. but yeah because people with dpdr have tried so many fucking things they understandably veeeeeery hesitant when it comes to what helps and what does not.
