I don't have any finance experience, but I am going to get a license for MLO.
For people who complain about the video going to fast, make it slow or stop, and screen shot and copy all the video to make it own yours. That is how I did it. Please put effort into your study. No one will spoon it into your mouth or brain.

It's starting to make sense
I took my 20 hr course through another provider that was cheap. I regretted because I didn't feel I was ready even after purchasing another exam prep course. I went ahead and scheduled the exam just to see where I was.
I found these videos the night before my exam. I crammed the night before and the day of using these videos. I passed with a 91%!

I also have compu cram too which is good so far just not sure if exam is similar to compu cram since compu cram doesn’t go in depth really on things like

@@ItsMymy i used On Course as well. I agree, it wasn't very good. I've heard great things about Compucram. From watching Affinity's videos, I would estimate I got 10 questions correct on the exam I may not have if I hadn't watched the Affinity videos. The video flash cards helped a lot!

Yeah i'm not sure about these audible flashcards doing me any good....cause I am missing out on the ability to see multiple-choice answers, then its moving SO fast I don't even have a moment to pause my computer, and use process of elimination to figure out the answer. The test is multiple choice and it's not fill in the blank (at least it never was on the real estate exam) so I need to study how to eliminate answers that I know aren't right then to choose between the two.
We have tons of people using them every day! Most people LOVE them. If you know the answer - then you "know the answer" and can easily pick it out among the multiple-choice options. Also, on your computer/device/etc... you have the option to "slow it down" - all phones, computers, etc allow you do do this. you’re great ! i have question , i took a practice test , and the Q was How long does the applicant have till he receives his appraisal report if he is denied a loan , the answer on the test was 30 days , your flash card said 90 ?
Probably too late but in case anyone else is reading. Applicant has 90 days to request a copy, the lender has 30 days to give the applicant a copy

None of these questions are on the test I memorized over 200 questions and it was pointless there was about 9 on there most questions are ultimatums and certain situations and you have to know what the best answer is even if all sound right it's very hard to study for
