I have this and it’s awesome. I can work the remote and drive my power wheelchair with one hand, leaving a hand free for whatever I need to do. It doesn’t actually come with 2 remotes, but you can buy a second one if desired. I did.
I purchased this last week. I have a tri-level home and the tubing was constantly curled up, twisted or kinked. Also my husband would trip on it and the canula would fly out of my nose. It is absolutely awesome. I would recommend this to anyone who is on oxygen and has tubing all over. the place. 👍👍👍👍
I preface this by saying that I love your channel and I wish I had found it sooner but I was my dad's caregiver for the last 3 years of his life (he passed away 4 months ago) and I just got a nice chuckle watching this because I know how much he would have hated this contraption had I got it for him and how he would have made me return it. I'm sure many would love it though and it probably would be a good solution for someone who lives in a larger space but I think it would be just another thing to clutter up a smaller space which for people who also lack mobility is a major point of annoyance because as they get older/worse, there is a new piece of equipment added to the desk - nebulizer, shake vest, Life 2000 ventilator, etc. Adding an extra trash can and yet another thing to carry around with him at all times would have just set the old man off! God I miss him. In case people don't know, you CAN order thicker high volume tubes. They don't tangle up as much and are easier to untangle. Also, get the shortest one you can live with.
I took care of my mother for a long time. This definitely would have helped w the 50 ft tube she dragged around her whole condo. It became a tangled mess quite a few times.
We order in Dec.2023,we received within 4 days . It works great with 50ft tubing .If you row the tubing up and tie up loosely and put in a bag.I used a pillow case then put in dryer on low heat for 10 minutes it will be tangled free.
How does it do with tubing connectors that are thicker than just the tubing? Most people have to connect to a a 50 foot tubing with a connector. What happens if the button isn't pressed? Seems like the entire container would pull down? Thanks for this video!
What happens when you have stairs? This would work in my livingroom, but I go up and down stairs for all other rooms. Also, I have 70 ft. plus the 7 ft tube that attaches to concentrator, and another 7 ft. with nasal prongs? Would that work with this?
And this one really helps? 😊because it really can drive you mental with the extension tube, nightmare LOL 😅 Hopefully it can be managed how you say. I have not seen it in the UK though.
@EquipMeOT How loud would you say this is? Concentrators are loud enough as is but at least it's kinda like white noise. Wouldn't want to wake my toddler.
Do they rent these out because I’m not sure on how long I’m going to be on oxygen for but I think that this is great because I’m always tripping on the cord and I’m scared of my landlord tripping on it so if you don’t mind getting back to me I’d be very appreciated and thank you so much have a great week
I am not sure if the manufacturer is able to rent these out. This is the contact information for them directly so you can communicate with them. 918-943-3513 contact@oxygenmgmtsystems.com
This is cool, but I think portable concentrators solve this problem even better. The technology is getting better in them as well, so the amount of 02 and batter life will only continue to improve.
I have a portable and I love it! But it is pulse only and the highest setting is 6. Very few of the portables have continuous flow. I expect in a few years I'll have to get a stationary unit for the higher flow, this device will come in handy at that time.

It is about the same noise/volume as a paper shredder (that's weirdly specific, but it's the closest approximation I can come up with ;).
Thanks low heat is a great idea for my tubing softening. I hope it works:)

@@BrittSBaker I use 6 on my concentrator at home. For the high of O2 it did not work well enough. Was really disappointed.
A portable is several thousand dollars and need constant maintenance of the baffles
Really wish I knew about this when my mom was still alive. We asked about it and Googled, but never found it.
But the hose ikes to collapse also. When you roll it up, I bet it can collapse on you.
what if i want a glass of water and a slice of cake from the kitchen and back to the tv set?
If you are walking that far you may not need oxygen.
