Highest quality and the reason why it cost $55! Just ad a clear license front cover so it prevents the bare license plate from getting bend when it gets hit or pressed/pushed by someone's leg accidentally when passing by!

After seeing the install, it's obvious why this one is less than the Grimmspeed kit. This holder doesn't cover the whole plate. They use a lot less material than Grimmspeed, so that's where the discount comes from. If the plate gets hit, or bumped by someone walking by, it's going to bend the plate because it's unsupported.

Others have said, Grimmspeed, etc.. but again, as you mentioned, the price was spot on for the quality(Meaning, you don't have to overcharge for a piece of Metal because of the NAME BRAND). Don't get me wrong GS is a great/reputable company, as I myself, have purchased many parts from my previous Subies. Coming back to the subject at hand, I totally enjoy looking at that from end. Our wrx is the same color as yours and may end up doing these whole front end goodies as you (Hope you don't mind me copying it), although it may be some time. Thanks for the videos, as I have enjoyed your journey thus far(Starting to also enjoy your wife's Fozzy as well).
How is the strength of the aluminum extension rod compared to the steel. My concern is that the rod might break off in the tow hook if it gets bumped too hard

hell naw dude... if it gets hit hard enough to snap that solid metal rod.. then your front end will be trashed anyway...
