Massively helpful video. I have tried a multitude of online tricks to clean the inside front and rear glass on my car. The rear is steeply raked making access difficult. I have never loved the idea of spraying tons of cleaner on the window only to have it drip onto the back ledge and I can never seem to get rid of the smudges. I've tried all manner of glass cleaners and even a variety of squeegees. The results always seem fine until you drive into the sun the next day. Then I came across this video. Water only. Wipe on, wipe off (RIP Mr. Miyagi...). Tried it tonight and my glass is spotless. Other than needing to be a yoga master to reach all of the edges, the technique is the best I've found. Sometimes, a simple solution is the best solution. Thx

There's a handle with a triangular "foot" on it, that is hinged. On it, you attach a microfiber bonnet (omes with one bonnet, but extras can be bought), then you can spritz it with water and, in essence do what Josh does, but you do it seated in the front seats. I can't contort into a position myself, like Josh does, so this tool comes in very handy.

    Thank you for the video.
I would like to ask you one thing here. I wanted to clean and protect glasses on my new car so I went to local shop to get something good. I thought I bought great one, so immediately jumped to get the job done.
    Result wasn’t bad, but …
… but after rain one day I realized some really bad stuff on all windows.
Looks like wax and it seems to be impossible to remove this and get back my windows normal.
Also when it’s raining and using wipers some weird film showing on the window for a short time and it’s hard to see for 2 seconds.
Do you have any good solution for this issue ..?

After watching a couple of your videos and realizing that you often give a short summary of the whole point of the video, I subscribed. I have watched so many detailing videos from so many channels lately, yours is one of very few I subscribed to. I cannot overstate how much I value that quick note at the start.
For example, (1) in this video "its just water and microfiber cloths", (2) in your Amazon Basics review video you give a super quick conclusion about the product at the start.
I will watch a video if I am interested. I will not watch a video if I feel it is simply extending a simple message or withholding a simple message to manipulate me into watching the video. That is not useful to me. At best I will skip through the video to glean what I can quickly. However, if you give me the bottom line at the start, I will 100% watch the video if I might need more. With that start to a video, I will know if the video will be useful to me or not.
    Thank you, so much.

Dawn soap/water and 0000 steel wool. If any hard water stains left, use vinegar and water. Finish up with regular window cleaner. Always switching up microfiber towels of course.

So, using this method leaves no lint behind? My issue is LINT. I've tried every MF, every pile, and I still manage to leave lint. I end up using paper towels or a hand towel to clean up the lint. It drives me mad, especially at night or in the sun.

What about hard water stains on the glass? This method doesn't remove those i'm sure? Also, do you have a tutorial on how to clean window tint?

So, I've found that if I spray my washing cloth with some isopropyl alcohol first and then wet the cloth that the window cleaning is less work. And because of the alcohol presence my drying time is less and buffs out better.

Excellent video good sir. You know pro window cleaners that do homes and offices use just water with the tiniest drop of dishwashing liquid. Just goes to show how the auto industry over promotes products just for profit.
Do you have or can you do a video on wheel cleaning?
