Thanks for the tour. I'm originally from a small town in south-western Pennsylvania. The town was once a thriving community 80 years ago, but it is now slowly dying since almost all of the businesses have closed. The closest town is 20 miles away for employment, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Roseto is not alone. The decline of railroads, mining, steel production, etc. has ruined a lot of towns.

that's really unfortunate about the situation there. best of luck for when/if you end up making that move.

Thanks for the tour, that's a shame that you have to go out of your way for basic necessities, Wishing you the best with hoping to move.

I have family moving there from nyc in a month. I think it is going to be a culture shock as far as way of life. NYC is the city that never sleeps. Also everything is right outside your door. They are going to have to buy a car since they are moving there.

How did you end up in that town? Was it because of work?

It was my home town. My mother’s family were among the original immigrant residents. About 12 years ago, I was between jobs and a friend who had an available rental suggested I “come home.” I didn’t realize how much the area had changed.

The classic intro but we're on a relaxing drive. Great video!
Edit: Unfortunate about the walkability, driving can be bad for health breathing in the products. It would be nice to have more options in more cities. It's nice to see that other people value walking places day-to-day. It's true freedom to have the choice.

Are you mad that he has a car? First he is obviously on the older side he may not be able to walk around with ease. Second off who are you to judge someone for driving around their hometown and shaming them when you see people walking? Worry about yourself if that’s your views that’s great but that doesn’t mean you need to push them on someone you don’t even know on the internet😂
