    Dear Shar, I would like to thank you very much. What you report and how you explain it resonates so clearly with me. You have given me confirmation and yes, every failure in my social life over the years has only served to make it painfully clear to me that it is all about awakening, about enlightenment. The pathless path through the jungle of self-delusions/illusions is also the path through pain. At the moment I am in the phase of sitting in my stillness. I look forward to the other and further videos from you. Thank you very much.

    It’s an incredible process to watch unfold, on the ride but not the ride.
    Your voice and energy are soothing for this guy at this moment. Thank you 🙏

    So funny how life brings about to itself what seems to be destine for it to be as it happens. This morning, your charnel was suggested by YT and I add a peek at a few ones, then it pondered on me, my, I wonder if she will share how this love affair came to manifest. Here I am, listening to it. Nice to meet you precious one. Your way of sharing the process is freshening to hear. 💙 Please, do share more if it comes to it, I'm sure many will appreciate to hear that the way isn't pave of golden roses, even if it seems that the one speaking about his/her realization, may leave that impression.

    Beautiful sharing... "Shar-ing" or "Shar-lessing"! There is a readiness here...especially with the shift nationally in the US...the letting go and allowing the nervous system to arrive at a new threshold of peace..Like you said, all things arising are exactly what is needed for the process to be motivated! Thank you for really giving this space for all of us who need some guidance!

    Yea. Does it kinda almost cycle for you ? It was so active the first four or so years yes. Omg i hardly slept. I changed my eating thinking patterns. So so so much. Inner. In the heart. It opened in a way i can't and have yet to put into words. I've learned to love even those who have hurt me in the past. I like everyone have not so good days of course. But with this letting go. Comes awareness comes self love 🇨🇦

    When I sit now. How amazing it is. This vibration I ever feel in my Solar Plexus and spine always always always. It's always there . Sometimes I have very near experiences to the very first opening as more openings happen. And Is it just me or do spiritual people seem to suffer the most lol. I suppose it's a combination of our own past to heal as well as being tested. I can't say. Only experience. I can say. Wow. When u true surrender to this after it's already active. Done some healing. A lot of healing lol. Meditation or just moments in the day I go inward and it's quiet. So so quiet. There's thoughts yes. There's noise yes. All in the pariferae of the mind as u dive inward. To the heart the heart of hearts not the physical heart.

    Hello, I've just subscribed, am really impressed, as other viewers have said, by how clearly you have explained the awakening process you went through. I have one question: which trauma therapy did you undertake (or several)? I have tried a few and nothing is touching my own trauma and I'm beginning to despair of being able to. Thank you.

    • @shar-jason

      Hello Emily. I found Somatic Experiencing (SE) to be the most helpful but other modalities that also focus on the nervous system and shifting trauma somatically I'm sure may work. I have a video that may give you more information th-cam.com/video/LoEmtbJe17o/w-d-xo.html. Good luck!

    Lovely Shar, thank you! Do you think the process will speed up now when more and more people are on the spiritual journey, whatever we call it, awakening, ascension, or enlightenment?

    • @shar-jason
      @shar-jason  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Every person's awakening is unique including how long it takes. I don't feel like any outside influences would change how long someone's unfolding is.

      @@shar-jason Thank you for your answer. If we are all part of one universal consciousness, for me it would be logical that if more and more people awaken it will affect the rest as well. We will see.

      Yes, I used mushrooms once for awakening purposes. It was an interesting way to get an insight.

    Thank you for sharing your story. Do you have to wait for a sudden identity shift in order to go through the awakening process? I had a spiritual awakening last year which initiated months of healing afterwards. Is there a certain amount of healing the body needs to go through before the mind awakening? I am so drawn to experience this, it’s a scary thought, but I can’t stop thinking about it. Appreciate your videos and insights!

    • @shar-jason
      @shar-jason  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      All the shifts are a grace and happen with divine timing. To get yourself in a position where you are grace-prone, heal as much of the content as possible and spend a lot of time meditating.

    Shar, thanks for sharing this personal story with us. The second noble truth says that there is a way to end suffering and that path is letting go of desire. My understanding of this is to just accept what is. So "seeking" our own awakening seems to be a paradox to Buddha's second noble truth. We are dissatisfied with how life seems, so we seek to improve it, and the wiser ones amongst us don't do that by trying to gain material wealth, instead finding a way around the paradox that grasping for improvement might also bring a lot of dissatisfaction and even further suffering, or dukkha. Shar could you give your thoughts on this? Also another "fact" comes into effect in that physiologically we have an evolved with a vagal nervous system which is "autonomous", IE when we detect danger, (or dissatisfaction) we AUTOMATICALLY go into a state of fear. TIA

    • @shar-jason
      @shar-jason  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A true enlightenment drive comes from something much deeper in us than an egoic drive, such as desires. It is a sacred calling to remember ourselves.

    So an "I" had built up an identity... OK, I think I understand... there is both a dooer and no body at the same time. Both free will and no free will (at the same time)... Both time and no time... Both real and unreal at the same time... It all makes sense now

    When you say you need to learn to navigate after you became aware of being a baby Buddha, did you feel like you could do that without any help or any guidance from teachers or TH-cam videos or any outside sources from yourself?
