    Shar, thank you for sharing your experience of the framework towards unity consciousness. It’s very helpful to overlay that onto my past 15 years of awakening. What’s clear is that the individual experience will differ for each one of us given aspects of our healing differ but the end result leads to the same destination. Wonderful to better understand and blessings on your continued journey.

    Hi Shar. After our call (it was so valuable by the way) I am working on releasing trauma trapped in my body. My question is why even bother when in reality I don’t have a body? I feel like I am completely sold on the fact we are not a body or a mind, yet I still carry resistance and trauma (closeness) in the body. On one level I can see how this is in the road of waking up but on the other…surely once the belief of I am not a mind or body reaches 100pc (no doubt) then there is no care for trauma etc in the body (thus no need to work on this?) thanks Shar

    • @shar-jason
      @shar-jason วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@andrewrossroberts Hi Andrew. There is a body-mind, but it’s not yours. The body stores the karma/trauma and is asleep in a way, just like the mind. Through the body based healing work, the karma is deleted and the body comes fully online - fully here. The only way to live as emptiness in form (abiding awakening) is for the body to be empty of content/karma. We experience this in the body as the felt sense of presence. It’s not enough to break the belief that you’re not the body, although that’s important. You’ll know you’re making progress with healing, as the body will feel more and more present - you will feel every part of it.

    What I found is that if I feel like it’s a burden it was because I wasn’t loving people for who they actually are. This requires unconditional love because often not pretty. But anything else is me living in my imagination and dream (wishing they changed) and not seeing them as they are, and loving that. There is nothing they need; all that is required is for me to see them as they are (not what I wish them to be). There is nothing to do. This may be one of the toughest attachments to let go of… the subtle filter on reality and but seeing things as they actually are. The minute you want something for them, it’s dream and you don’t see them, you aren’t actually present

    You are saying that you don't exist as a person but you are saying that as a person which is a performative contradiction. This is easily resolved by recognizing that you exist as a person because the person is not different or separate from the one indivisible reality that is Brahman. How can reality accommodate something which doesn't exist or is unreal? Taking yourself to be the limited personal self is what is called the state of ignorance but realizing that the personal coexists with the impersonal without separation or difference is the realization that you are the reality. It doesn't matter if that reality appears as impersonal or personal. So in other words you do exist as both personal and impersonal without a difference. Does the ocean deny the existence of the waves? No. Both ocean and waves are nothing but water. There is only existence or being whether it manifests as impersonal or personal. It really doesn't matter.

    Authenticity, particularly self honesty, is so essential to the awakening process that it could be said that if one masters just this, all the rest will fall into place automatically. The spiritual path is about radical truth, not flowers and bliss and perfect peace. @@shar-jason Thank you very much. I feel that relaxation or trying to open to feelings doesn't seem to work for me. I tried it for years. I feel numb and dead and depressed and nothing changes. I will DEFINITELY call Somatic Experience Pracicioner in my city, fortunately there is one.

    Thank you for this Shar. It clarifies a lot. I am on a path too that combines therapy and healing with listening to podcasts from non-dual channels. Some radical non-dual speakers sound like everything came magically without doing any homework when in reality they have been seeking for years. They keep going there is no you without emphasizing that each process, practice and therapy brought them to that one moment; and yet i question, if we are already that, if there is no time, then why does this process look sequential? Thank you.

      @@meenaiyer2994 Most of the teachers out there are not awake and so don’t understand what is truly required. It sounds like you have found an authentic awakening path. Keep trusting that inner guru, don’t worry what the teachers say ♥️
