Dear Holly.....I love your 'No BS', short (but INTENSE) routines. Your example: Do it right now, right here, in a tiny corner of your home. You are one of the (very) few youtube fitness trainers who don't bother with useless exotic backdrops and equally exotic music soundtracks which are deemed a substitute for verbal 'bullet' instructions. Your workouts are for REAL LIFE.....and provide THE greatest incentive to just GET IT DONE. :)

I think I asked before but please please do a post partum workout schedule. I've only ever found 1 person who is good on TH-cam that does workout routines to help get your body back and is diastis recti safe and helps get those muscles closing whilst toning up your wobbly bits. Would love to see your version of this as you bounced back beautifully ❤

I ask those because I'm about to have my baby in 4 weeks and plan to workout after the 6 week check up
I'm pretty sure she does have a few for abs! I did them and her low impact workouts when I was cleared to work out post partem
