Kunal ji, I made the Matar parathas couple of days ago, it was simply delicious ( I love green peas), my daughter and her Caucasian friend come over for lunch, I made it again and they loved it, in fact the friend packed the leftover parathas to take it to her house to share with her family. The recipe is simple but so delicious. I didn’t use red chili powder, instead used more green chilies. Thank you 🙏🏼

Matar parantha,my mom use to cook exactly the way you told us. Matar ki stuffing agar thodi se bhi gili Lage to add little sukha ata,same she use to do.such a delicious parantha,makkahan k sath !!!!! bus muh mein Pani agaya 😋😋

Yummy😋, pea/matar is one of my favorite veggie, sometimes I blanch it then make puree, then make dough with ajwain, salt, chaat masala, and puri out of it😃, sometimes I add coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped onions, make a dough and then make parantha...
