Hey! The filling was super nice. Only next time I will do a little more of the rest and a little less of the chilli hahahaha, for all I could taste were my own tears. One question: the dough was a bit thick on one side (the side where I closed it) of the paratha but nearly breaking-thin on the other side, so I couldn't really roll it out further. Do you know how to precome this?

Tried this recipe today, i usually make aloo paratha but adding Ajwain took the dish to next level... Very tasty.
It's really nice but being a Punjabi I'm saying that we add onions in stuffing and no oil in dough... But there are no rules though👍👍👍👍
