It's not like they didn't make companion albums for their other animated features. As a little kid, I had the companion CD for the Little Mermaid memorized, and it was mostly music that was NOT in the movie. I was embarrassingly old when I realized that Sebastian the Crab did not write "3 Little Birds." 😂

Right. The movie is almost 20 years old at the time of this recording. He's still able to sing like he could when he was in his 20s, no notable loss in rang or quality. That's what Jefferrrson is commenting on.

disney movies from the 90's had the BEST music. Tevin Campbell is so underrated, he should have released a full powerline album to come out with the movie back in 95. it would have been gold

I love how he still pays tribute to this movie and sings the songs. His voice hasn’t changed one bit. So many good movie songs are left behind and pop singers don’t revisit them. Tevin is a champion. The nostalgia!!

Tevin was beloved, and a big hit all throughout the 90s, chose to keep a low profile on his own aside from Broadway in the 2000s, and came back in the 2010s and has been doing well since. He could have been much bigger, but maybe he didn't want that.

A Goofy Movie is my favorite Disney movie o all time. When I was younger I was so convinced that Michael Jackson voiced Powerline.
