Bro I have some solution try one by one and launch the game. 1-reinstall rockstar games social club, very mandatory . 2-update your graphics driver. 3-Install the latest version (means update ) 4-Disable your antivirus temporarily. 5-just delete launcher.exe and GTAV.exe, the Launcher will download it again.
