  • I show how I make a segmented bowl from turning the base on a faceplate, centering the segmented assembly on the faceplate and turning from rough to finish.

Wow, beautiful. A true work of art. I love the design of the wood you have inlaid in the bowl.

I bought a set of your Grippers and they are great, brilliant idea. In the case of the Gripper Flange hits the bowl, I've unscrewed the Grippers and turned them around which seems to work just fine.

I liked pretty much everything except the end. You didn't show any pictures of the completed bowl. Still, thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.

I know. I'm sorry, but this video took so long and I had so much to do after the last scene that I couldn't get the final finish on for a while so I just published what I had to get it out. Plus the video software fought me all the way on this one. I have the piece available for purchase and you can follow the link to it that's in the description to see final photos.

Great video, I use your cole jaw grippers and they work very good. I make segmented bowls and recently bought a Badger #5 Full Swan Neck Tool. I must tell you it whipped my butt! That tool should come with blood pressure medicine, LOL. I am trying to get the inside with more curve to follow the outside and having a really bad time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
