I’ve been done with New York too, I agree with social justice thing being too loud. You forgot to say how politically it’s been making a lot of bad choices, bill deblasio sucks, and taxation is waaaaay too high
😤 DeBlasio & 🤮Cuomo SUCK. THE WORST MAYOR & GOVERNOR EVER. Now, dumbo Cuomo is asking NYers don't leave & to come back to NY. The city was bad waaay back in the days, but u arrogant, delusional people still did NOT notice it. Now that business are closed--due to our incompetent elected officials, Cuomo & DeBlasio Duh ! ! ! GO FIGURE. Hope people find a safe/enjoyable/decent place to move to. Oh, one more thing -- if u vote 4 Biden & Kamala IT WILL GET WORSE.🤢they are Demons, And 🛑🛑STOP it w/the social distancing & mask wearing dummies. It doesn't work.
My brother had moved to NYC after achieving his PhD last summer. When Corona hit NY we as a family begged him to leave and come home to Germany. And tbh, I'm so glad he did.
wouldn't it be nice if citizens threw DeBlasio out .... like literally ... a mob gets him gets him to the boarder (long island or westchester) and just threw him over and didn't let him back in? I can dream about it can't I?
I ordered a steak dinner in NYC some years back and was actually disappointed. Meat was tough and the cheese they put on it smelled like old socks. Beyond outrageous prices as one would expect in NYC.

100% failed city and failed state. The dominos are falling and NYC will never recover like it was and will be the new Detroit for many years. Those high rise offices will remain empty as people work from home and move away.
The things your going to miss about New York can be found in many places across America . But its New Yorker's Voting Habits that have lead to the severe decline of New York . I don't see that changing anytime soon .
I was born and raised here in New York, I don't see the hype of New York anymore. I'm planning to move my family out of here. I need space, fresh air and a little more nature.
I agree with all your points brother. I left NYC after 4 years and I couldn’t wait to get out there. New York and New Yorkers will always be in my heart. Good luck mate!
Yep, they did it. I lived right in the NY Harbor for 3 years and it was way cool. But they MURDERED that city as sure as stabbing it in the heart. They must pay for what they have done. How, I have no idea. But this is their legacy... the death of one of the greatest cities on planet Earth.
@devohnmitchell ...Starring Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken. That 1981 cult classic is now the talk of the day. Why? Because those fast talking, willing and dealing schemers up there are now forced to accept the fact that the people who have controlled and manipulated them, are the very same people who were exiled/ran out of Europe. Nick shouldn't have apologized to them.
@@afroqbnoyque3512 Ummm, no idea what the heck you're talking about, but yes, I've heard of this film. Never seen it so I have no idea what it’s about though.
This guy is the most neutral real voice I've heard in long time. It's very refreshing. And he's smart to know it's time to go and not sitting around complaining.
@mike a He should maybe cultivate himself some more, maybe look at Stockholms subway system.. It´s very stupid to say. Even Londons subway system is better then NYCs. NYCs is big, but low budget and dirty.
He's a hipster. He thought NYC before going in was going to be the end all be all. And once he made it in he had to think of some lies to tell himself it was.
I think you are also emerging out of one life stage - the 20s and 30s and all that entails - and moving into middle age, when all life's opportunities start to narrow. You begin to realize you can't do as much all the time, and the need to focus becomes all encompassing. You sound like a great guy and no doubt you will have a great life in your next venture.
I've seen a lot of cars with NY plates around my city lately. I don't think you're alone in your decision to leave. The up side is that we live in a big country and there are plenty of opportunities for people who want to make a new start. Good luck. 👍
Anonymous as i recall they didn’t have budget.... and you cannot just add wiring on old (non compatible) trains... but new trains would come with cams... the questions how many new trans they will get...
Anonymous I think cameras in buses are mainly to protect the driver via recording whats already happened, theres no live monitoring of the camera. The train conductors/other subway staff are already protected by usually being in secure booths or rooms. It also takes a tremendous amount of funding to put cameras in each train car when a unit or string of cars that pulls into a station has roughly 8 - 10 cars. With multiple units on each line and multiple train lines in the system even if you could adapt old trains with cameras it sounds waaaaaay too expensive. Despite however cheap cameras may be the MTA made the regular buses free from late March to Aug 31st so I would imagine spending more money on something extra is off the table.
He does not just need to go. He has to go to jail and his private property has to be confiscated to cover at least some of the economic damage he caused!

That’s were I wanna go.. I left the left when President Trump started running for President..I can’t wait to leave NY...Crime has skyrocketed all over NY like never ever before..it’s super sad.
I left NY Manhattan in 1995 for Florida. So glad I did Even though I was born in Long Island. Had a store on 6 the Ave. In the 20's .. only been back 4 times nice place to Visit but too expensive. For the price of a 7 day trip to Manhattan we now go to Europe and mostly Italy. We bought a great Home and own it. No more renting. You are right there is no place like NY for food. It is the best. But in Florida so many NY Businesses have come down it is getting better. I would never live in NY again. Too dirty and if you are a senior citizen you get no respect. So glad you are thinking of leaving. At first you will miss, not being able to take a walk later at night and getting something to eat. Funny thing, In 2 blocks of Manhattan you see more People than you see for weeks in Florida. Enjoy
Same here Robert. Except I moved from NYC to Florida in 1990. Best move I ever made. Own a home. Great beaches and Winters. No State tax. I still visit Manhattan (have family there) but on rare occasions. Its just not the same anymore. Its dirty. noisey and disgusting quite frankly. The late 1980's were great in NYC. What a time. After that it went downhill. The Thrill is Gone.
I grew up in NYC in the 60's. Live in FL now. I will never go back. Rudy was the only mayor who got NYC clean and safe. Such a shame. It was a great city.
Absolutely you’re in shit, your opinion is shit, and you now realize it. Don’t ruin where you go. We don’t like the coasts for a reason and it’s been that way for 30 years

Exactly I live in the Pocono 's in PA. They have been moving into this area for years and are ruining it. I Don't fault someone for wanting a better life but when in Rome! They move here saying I want a rural area but yet what conviences so stores start springing up everywhere. It's not what the residents here want. They still vote the same way, they are some of the rudest people I have ever met, they drive up prices. They suck do me a favor and stay out of Pa. Oh and by the way the real Pa residents here Don't like you so in bad times you may not be so safe here either.
When I lived in NYC (Park Slope, then Upper West Side), a local friend of mine told me: “I think everyone should live in New York... about 5-7 year, just until it nearly breaks you.” So that’s what I did. Now I’m in London which, though expensive, is so much easier in so many ways.
It almost broke me. I was there from Austin - quite the culture shock- for several years. Then work brought me to London which, oddly, was not as much of a culture shock in that it has a slightly southern-US ease about it. Now, though, I may have to go back to NYC to care for in-laws, so back into the fire again! 😂
@@johnottr "simpleton" don't even hardly cover it; more like mendacious mental midget. THAT'S your "trump derangement syndrome" right there in a nutshell.
It’s a shame. I went to NYC 2 years ago and was impressed since my previous visit was in the 1970 when the whole place smelled like pee. It looks like it’s going back to the 1970’s. If people want to see how bad it was, watch a Charles Bronson movie. That was a cartoon of how dangerous the city was.
2 years ago NYC was probably the best it has ever been. It is very sad to see it like this. Perhaps a mock funeral for NYC on the steps of city hall would bring some media attention. But don't wear black lest you be confused for Antifa. A black funeral carriage pulled by black horses, a small marching band playing a slow somber dirge and a large procession of police and then firefighters and then lawful citizens decked out in funeral dress. Effigies of da Blasio and Cuomo in hand cuffs ...a sign around their necks "Murders of NYC". Oh my goodness...you could play that up big time. Kangaroo court, burning of the effigies, then the speeches of remembering NY, the good 'ol days, people crying, oh such loss. 😂
alwaysmylove Come to the mission district in Los Angeles. 35,000 homeless people at this point. San Fran has a poo and needle app for visitors. So that you can avoid the worst areas. They have lost most of their convention business now. A street lamp fellow over and landed on a car because it rusted through from being urinated on so often. San Fran is now the car break in capital of the country. I ran a homeless ministry for a decade. This is misplace compassion. NYC can regress back to this in a year of two if they don’t reverse course. And then will have 20 years to reverse it.
NYC's Subway System only claim to fame is that it was the only comprehensive 24/7 around. With that said, Japan, objectively, has the best subway and train system in the world. It's modern, spotless, punctual, and comprehensive. Best I've ever ridden.
I don’t even know what you’re talking abt when it comes to dating. No man I ever went out on a date with wanted to commit. It’s all about sex. I feel like the goal of every single man in nyc who goes out dating, is to get laid as much as they can.
Reports coming out about dating. Women go out with the hottest guys they can find and they are shocked why they wont commit. They got just as many options as you! Why would they settle down? Consider the average hard working guys who you all have brushed aside.....
George Petras I’m NOT talking abt the hottest guys out there. I avoid those self centered, arrogant men at all cost. I’m talking abt the average guy. And as shocking as it comes to you, they’ll gladly make a move on you right off the bat, and are shocked how a woman won’t sleep with them on a first date.. excuse me?!...
Tom D define nice. I can tell you from my own personal experience that an average looking guy could be just as big of an asshole as what you’d expect from the “playboy” type. At least “playboy” arrogance won’t come as a surprise.

Pros of New York: Easy women, accessibility & food. Cons of New York: Disgusting winter/summer humidity, shitty beaches (only lame piers for tourists), cramped roads, and very expensive (especially rent) to the point it can make you cry
There are lot of cons but beaches are not one of them. Long Island beaches and the Rockaways the best beaches they are crowded every weekend !!!! Maybe you guys stay in the city come to the outer boroughs!!! The rent is cheaper too
Jennifer Williams rockaway beach is disgusting compared to a lot of other beaches in the country lol. Long island beaches are okay but that’s really not the city.

Ya know, when this virus first hit, I was telling friends and clients that perhaps this might be a blessing in disguise and it might cause us the stop and reflect on what we used to think was important in life and maybe re-evaluate our priorities. But, unfortunately, I don’t see that happening. Just listening to this guy talk confirms that we haven’t learned anything and if the virus disappeared overnight we’d all just go back to living life as if all that matters is distinguishing between pleasant and unpleasant. You know who else lives like that? Cockroaches.
The radical left is what that section was about in the video. Even if i shared the same thoughts, the volume and disorder of the message is ruining itself.
Rural places make people conservative. Cities make people liberal. It's more environment than any inherent "traits". But yeah if they move to other cities they could flip entire states.
Letting public sector employees unionize was a horrible mistake. The unions keep voting for the same corrupt politicians who give them unsustainable pensions.
That's how it always happens, because people don't learn from mistakes of the past. Plus that union boss is going to pocket the most money anyway then turn around and blame conservative politicians for the union's woes. Tired of seeing these commercials every 2 years of some union dumbass getting in front of a camera and blaming everyone else but themselves.
Best thing about growing up in my area of nyc, (Queens) was that we lived with people from all over the world. Successfully! Now there is tension in neighborhoods that wasn’t there for over 20 years. Sad really...food was a small bonus. Being relaxed in your neighborhood is priceless.
Congratulations, Jeff! I moved to rural Virginia and love it (and my productivity, expense control and clarity are all supercharged)! I can't wait to see where you go from here.

I’ve lived in New York for the past 12 months. It was primarily for work however I was able to explore and enjoy the city. Once the pandemic hit I moved away. It’s shit there and it’s not gonna be normal for a long while. I chose freedom and now live in Texas where we’re open!
Have visited NYC several times. While it is/was enjoyable, I can only take it in short spurts then I have to get back to sanity. It’s going to be years before NYC recovers and if that dumba$$ mayor keeps it up, none of the wealthy will return which will create even more headaches.

Beautiful people upstate, they make me feel so welcomed. Unfortunately I hear alot of horror stories about New Yorkers when I travel up. we arent all rude, most of us are regular ppl
Same here. I moved to Ulster county back in ‘02. It was like paradise. My first place was a two story cottage on a creek for $450 a month!! Now? Forget about it. You can’t find anything for under a grand. And Kingston, NY?? At least $1,200- $1,300 for a small one bedroom. As soon as they declare it Brooklyn on the Hudson it’s over. In 8 years the place became gentrified. And while Kingston was always a Democratic city it has gone full woke! SJWs abound everywhere!!

Another thing when I left in 1995 I saw a lot of companies that were leaving so I asked some why . They said since they make thing in other parts of the country and overseas. All they needed was a small office, a computer, and phones. With next day delivery and low overhead. That was the beginning of the exidos of business out of N Y. . I also saw large factories move and with that I was losing my customers. So I left. Too Best thing I ever Did.
Good luck to you. Born and raised here I’m moving out in a couple months. It’s exciting to live here but it’s gets old real quick and the politics and taxes and all that stuff it’s not worth living here. It’s just a shit hole
I live in Wilmington, NC and there are tons of northerners who come down here to flee those places. Tons of New Yorkers. Turns out the policies they voted for screwed them over and now they are moving to the place they swore they hated. The poetry of it all 😂 bit of a generalization, but I think NYC has changed a lot. The political leaders are driving the property value down by turning it into a shithole so they and all their friends can come in and scoop it all up. That’s my take at least. I’ve always liked visiting, but it will drain you if you don’t prepare accordingly.
I lived in Brooklyn for 62 years, worked operating subway trains for 27 years. When I retired, I relaxed for a year just to get my brain back working normally, then I started planning my exit. I am now in a small town in western NY state where it is clean, safe AND quiet. I've disliked the city for the last 20 years, but didn't want to be a slave to a commute from outside the city so I stayed to finish up my career. The one and only thing I miss about NYC now after being here for 3 years is being close to salt water. There's a river running through my town, but it is really nothing more than a creek. I loved walking along the rivers in Manhattan, going to the beaches in the winter when they are deserted. My stress level is at '0', and I am at peace. Good luck with your move.
as native NYer of 56 years, I'm moving out in a few weeks...this man hit the nail right on the head. I recall myself saying I'll never ever leave this town over the decades...you got to be crazy to leave NYC.......but no, things have changed......i thank this non-native for making NYC even greater....but even he knows its time to get out.
Never bring your poor government to NYS. Why would any state want to look like Mississippi or Alabama. The top ten poorest states are all Republican states. Every single one of them. Please dont bring that to NYS. We are 25% of the countries GDP. How much is your state?
There’s more to life than GDP. That’s the problem, right there. You get infected with that Modernist thinking and it might take a life threatening catastrophe to get you to see differently.
@@CSUnger You're right, there is more, the theatre, great restaurants, museums, sports entertainment, arts, great schools, diversity, and of course being able to do all of that with your family, while all you do is visit Walmart.

I've been noticing this trend for a while. I feel like the U.S. will no longer be dominated by three big cities but perhaps by 12-15 medium size cities.
I live near Gettysburg Pa. Not a big city but not a national Park either. And I hate it here. So, I just accepted a position at the Hospital in Moab, Utah. Humidity sux, but dry heat doesn’t seem to bother me. I want nature. As much as possible. Moab will be my new home soon.😎
Everyone MENTIONING THE MICROPHONE & AUDIO: This WAS recorded on a good mic! RODE Video Mic Pro with a Dead Cat AND foam wind sock! It’s NOT that it was recorded poorly, it’ that THIS IS HOW LOUD NY IS!!!!! I even did a bit of noise clean up in post. Mic amp at +20 internal gain @2, Just to clarify. I know it seems like this is maybe just where I was or a joke, but it’s not a joke, and i filmed in a generally quiet area actually! Literally look at any youtuber filming in NY. The reason it doesn’t sound like this, is because they are usually vlog distance to the mic (which changes the levels) or they just cut the audio and pump music! It’s crazy because like i mentioned, the noise is relentless!
Haha... I’d say you’re gonna need a blimp, but I guess you really won’t since you’re leaving. Honestly, I’m right on the verge of doing the same thing myself. J T G I know quite a few New Yorkers - real New Yorkers, not some a-hole from Iowa who went to NYU and now spends his/her days sipping lattes in So-Ho, while discussing the merits of socialism. Anyway - true New Yorkers are good people. A little rough around the edges, but good people.
A lot of you tossing out living in NYC during 2010 or 2005, 1995 is impressive but have any of you New Yorkers lived the 80s era? We're gonna forget heroin addicts on the subways and AIDS victims piling up on the piers? Compare now to NYC 1984. I'll listen.
@@Blast2224 sorry, it wasn't meant to be anything other than a narcissistic comment about myself that no one else cares about. i do agree with you, though. carry on.
NYC was edgy and real in the 80s and attracted that type of populace. It was also affordable, even Manhattan. Brooklyn and Queens were still solely for the bridge and tunnel crowd. As it became safe and sanitized it started attracting those type of people. There was a book called, "The Suburbanization of NY" that hit the nail on the head. The velocity with which people are fleeing now shows what little roots or community the city gave them, and how they were using the city as a kind of luxe hotel. That's not how it was in the 80s, when there was still a neighbourhood vibe filled with little locally owned, eclectic, non-franchise shops and it was pretty easy to fall into a tight friendship scene.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, I feel trapped in this city, NYC has been going downhill for years but it was accelerated since march and i don't see NYC returning from this any time soon. Hopefully i will escape to florida or texas
@Taylor Black not everyone in new york is a leftist. Can we drop the hyper partisanship because at the end of the day we are all locked down and the right has done nothing to push back against the left. We are all screwed
@Taylor Black Again, hyper partisanship showing, when did i ever claim any politics? You think the battle is won because you were "allowed" to dine in? The point that those rules even exist should be a wake up call to ALL OF US IN THE COUNTRY. The idea the govt can shut people down over the sniffles is very worrisome. Thats why i say we are all screwed unless laws are changed to where this can never happen again. How about instead of laughing at blue states you say your fellow americans shouldn't be going through that? At the end of the day, all politicians , say for a few red ones, betrayed the people and allowed this to happen. The whole system needs an overhaul. I hear what you're saying overall but the battle isn't over. The rules for "locking down" shouldn't exist.

ANY city is a bad place to be right now if you're looking for a better living.
I left 3 years ago to Colorado. Best thing in my life.
Not the best thing for Colorado though. You New Yorkers just ruin every place you go. YOU and others like you ruined New York. You have invaded our turf and we don't like your demanding ways.
I didn’t do anything I grew up in Poland. I was shocked how horrible NyC is.
@@Bogusuap The people make the city. If you didn't grow up there, then you probably weren't the problem. New York was a great city, until Yuppies invaded and destroyed all the neighborhoods.
colorado is broke
Thank you for your honesty. I completely understand the reasons you’re moving out of NYC. It makes total sense. Best of luck.
Thanks for your insight about what’s happening in NewYork. I always was fascinated by the city growing up and always wanted to immerse myself with the culture. But now I realize I’ve only been told the good things about NewYork and very little of the bad. I hope things work out for you in the long run brotha
Wonderful video. Loved it. I left after a slumlord pushed me out of my rent stabilized apartment 2 years ago. Now I thank the universe for this foresight. I'm up in NY's catskills ... fresh air... mountains ..security
What job did you leave in the city? And what do you do in the Catskills?
So, the city is finally sleep
No, it's woke
This is a great video. Enjoyed hearing about NY, the ups and downs, the challenges you are going through, and your decision making process. 👍👍
I did the research, figured out what I wanted to have access to and a decent central location to it all. Also, I wanted as little snow as possible. Heat is ok because I grew up in South Georgia. Humidity sux, but dry heat doesn’t seem to bother me. I want nature. As much as possible. Moab will be my new home soon.😎
I live 5 hrs from Moab. I’m up there frequently. Fabulous place!
Come to the Midwest, brother! Wide open spaces and friendly folks. Best of luck to you. 👍🏻
And dont vote democrat if you do.
@hg xob cool, we wouldn't want you here
Or south
Where would you suggest? Minneapolis, Chicago, St Louis. I here they're booming allright !
just not Chicago. Chicago is far worse than NYC
Everyone MENTIONING THE MICROPHONE & AUDIO:
This WAS recorded on a good mic!
It sounds good enough to me!
Haha... I’d say you’re gonna need a blimp, but I guess you really won’t since you’re leaving. Honestly, I’m right on the verge of doing the same thing myself. Like 80% of my friends have already left!! What am I doing sticking around?! (Not that I could see them at this point anyway, with all of us imprisoned in our tiny apartments.) Best of luck to ya!
Haha yeah I'd need an audio team to make it work! / Same most people I know also left, and if I was going to pay the prices for New York, then it better BE NEW YORK! I just don't think it still is what I signed up for.NYT just put an article put saying 85% of retail shops have closed in Manhattan!
Real New Yorkers cant live without that noise. It's common6 referred to as a "buzz".
I've been here 50 years. I dont have one single family member or have one single freind leaving, some are hiding out, that's a different story. We'll watch you guys come in and we'll waive to you go.
Left the city and have been living in a farm town now. One gets into a natural rhythm. Having said that I do miss museums and Thai food.🧚♀️
Thats about it. ...salute
Thai food? Learn to cook it, it’s not that hard and you can get most of the ingredients shipped to your door.
New Yorkers will ruin farm towns next.
Spot on
Over 60 miles fr Washington DC tucked into a quiet West VA riverside town, those are exactly my losses as well...
Agree with everything you just said and glad I moved to Miami last year. I was over NY for a while and so happy to now have greenery and fresh air every where I go. Best decision ever. Good luck with your move.
Great video, I loved it! I visited NY for the first time in my life 3 yrs ago...alone ☺️!!! My Mom thought I was crazy being female and traveling to another state solo. I stayed for 3 days... it was THE BEST time of my adult life 💃🏽!! Kinda sad seeing it go ruins. I hope the Big Apple makes a comeback! Oh, much success on your new chapter!!
I left NYC this week. Spent a month there. "Not much to do in NYC" is still 20x better than other cities. Including and especially London.
rod why comparing NYC with London? London is basically just a big village.
@@exelmans8855 you are correct. I live in London. Hence the comparison.
Yeah moved to small town years ago. Worked some few hours a day online and focus on personal development tru the internet. Know now it was the right decision. Its the right time for this kind of life now.
Quit just dating and seek holy matrimony. We need families in this country, not more ramblers.
Benjamin Harrison Gray How the hell are you going to get married if you don’t date?
Find a good church , be surprised the great people who you will meet!
Starting a family cost too much money. No one has money for that anymore
Ehh screw dating vergin for life, do what ever I want
just make sure you take the backstreets and alleyways. if you can find the keys to some buildings's rooms, maybe you could find some keycards and take the subway, as long as you turn on the power for it.
I heard from an architect who used to live in NYC that it is great when you are in your 20s and up to 35.
Truth
Jeezus the background noise alone....he's basically yelling the whole time and I bet he doesn't even notice
That's new York prepandemic, loud and hustle 24/7
U get used to the loud traffic to a point where it feels like you’re yelling when ur taking in a suburban area away from newyork lol
@@TinaMarieJ which is really sad, quite frankly
That is often the norm in NYC, even when sitting inside your apt!
@@Quantum36911 unhealthy af. No thanks !

Herbster41 New York lives matter
Born, bred and lived my whole life here in NY. I voted Trump and will do so again. Don't assume we're all the same here.
AMEN TO THAT.
The way this guy is talking about the NY people it's making me want to move there lol. Not gona happen though.
I used to visit Nyc every weekend. The best Food, Clothes and Stores!
God bless you.
Living and running a business in Manhattan I agree with almost every point you've made sir.
A lot of you tossing out living in NYC during 2010 or 2005, 1995 is impressive but have any of you New Yorkers lived the 80s era? We're gonna forget heroin addicts on the subways and AIDS victims piling up on the piers?
Compare now to NYC 1984. I'll listen.
i was born in 84. in the bronx.
@@escarlit ...okay?
Funny thing is now a days half the people that live or lived in NY aren’t from NY.
They are ramblers. They move to a place, fuck it up, then move on and blame the city or town. It's these ramblers that screw it up.
@Taylor Black im torn brother, part of me, growing up here makes me wanna stay and fix it, other part of me says screw this city because it betrayed its citizens and just flee for florida.... I hope you pass the message around, work isn't done once we are "allowed" to get back to normal. Im still shocked, 6 months later that we as a country didn't fight back against this lockdown. Im willing to bet 100% of us never knew the ability to lockdown was even in the books
Taylor Black
But his cousins live below the mason dixon line and he wants to visit them...and then bang them. Fit right in right? Now see what I did there Roscoe? Ewwww eeee! I bet you did. Unfair stereotypes aren’t so nice right? Now get back out there and get dem Duke boys!
I can completely relate to what you are currently feeling. I was studying and working in Northern California for approximately 6 years. I moved back to LOs Angeles to be with family only to find out that I don’t like LA for the same reasons you just described in your video. Homelessness is out of hand, rent is super expensive, ppl always looking who you are connected with or what do you have to offer, traffic, and not a lot of greenery, which was something you see in Northern California. Best wishes and excited to see what’s next for you! Oh and I’m considering moving to Washington.
Amen
As an ex New Yorker I can totally relate. It’s a magical place for a certain part of your life when you need it but when your done, your done.
Man. Sucks about what is happening in NYC. I was there when it transformed during 1995-1999. Been going back a lot. Hate seeing what is going on. But I know it will come back. I’ll be cheering on.
This guy sounds like a Democrat that should be a Republican.
He is realizing the impact of the social structure put in place; which is backfiring. Quarantine is indefinite bc they want to flatten the curve and it is destroying the country. I’m leaving NYC too but it’s bc it’s violent. Yes sir order knives. I just ordered a mini legal stun gun. I had to mute citizen app. I have met a lot
Of nice people recently while preparing to leave. I wish those people I had met before but at least they are my friends now.
Exactly lol
WANTS to sound as a Democrat, but really working for Republicans with this video.... with a bunch of sycophants doing the job comenting in his video of course. Cheers
Absolutely, right on!
Wherever the Dems move, they are going to bring their Dem ideas with them. They fucked the city up and now they are going to fuck the rest of the country up. They are the destroyers.
I'm New York City born and raised and I wish I could afford to get out of here. It's crazy because I can't afford to move and I could barely afford where I'm living. My landlord gave me a rent raise and she tried to manipulate me into signing into a two year contract after I signed the 1 year ! I just don't know what to do anymore. I want to go move to a red state I used to be a democrat but not anymobu! Democrats have now molded into liberals with clenched fists! it's so disgusting here, I just can't believe what's happening here. We are becoming Detroit Michigan. The decline is very quick, we will never ever get up from our knees from this ever. Best of luck stay safe and I'll be watching your videos. I love to see change and positivity 👋
Just move, leave your stuff, rent a room elsewhere. You can’t afford not to move! I’m nyc born too, but looking to leave too...
@@catcar9157 That sounds good for the moment of passion of getting out of this cirrent hellhole,However, I'm too old to go and rent a room in a state I've never even visited and be at the hands of someone else changing their mind whether they want to continue to rent or not. It has to be better plan for me especially because I have an autoimmune disease, so I most likely cant fight off covid should a roommmate beings it home. I have a two bedroom and my roommate left tye state and I stopped renting. Its so painful to watch my life become dismantled. So there are some states that would be very bad for me medical facilitywise. It takes a lot of research and bfacilityw, I am doing it. I hope that you find a good place. Because once we leave it's really a sealed deal. I still love New York City, but I am so disenchanted.
How is your faith?
Moving means evolving. I admire the fact that you got the chance to live in NY although I do disagree with one thing. The subway system in London is way better.
I wish you lots of luck on your move!
Love the shorts by the way 😉

I am so lucky that my wife has such deep NY roots and that I was able to get to love it in the ‘90’s.
