How'd you get the fire effect? Is it the skin or an additional thing?

It's if You get the plus ultra costumes again, take This for example:You get the Deku costume (the one in the video)
Lets Say after some days You get it again,it Will give You aura just go into customization: Deku,go to the costume and click it and it Will Say equip
Equip aura
Something like that.
