- So Deku received a slight bug fix in the latest My Hero Ultra Rumble patch. They made his gamma skill connect easier on opponents. This along with some new Deku tech someone told me ( just do the snipe shot for your last bullet with the alpha) made me want to play him. Now did I utilize the gamma offensively and use this new tech…..not really but I still think the matches were good lmao. Enjoy!

Well it helped a bit that it was unranked but I won’t lie and say I wasn’t slightly disappointed in my rock man 😭

Yeah deku is good but he lacks the fun factor other characters have, maybe having two kicks would make him more fun than he is now and have the kick transition into a punch on the second use, coz right now people only rely on alpha to attack and that makes him feel sort of underwhelming
That could be it as well for me. He looks simple in game and his gameplan is also relatively simple compared to other characters so I tend to play him less
I'd always chuck a snipe/crouch shot in between shots for the knockdown, comes in handy
Yeah I gotta start incorporating that into my Deku game plan. Hard to overrate the simply muscle memory of just shooting regular shots

I'll start by saying im so impressed you sisnt scream at the top of your lungs when that Cementoss didn't res you. Just watching that i was fuming 😂. I try to be understanding of new players but cmon, even a new player should have more of a sense of urgency ya know? Anyway fantastic gameplay once again my dude. Deku really is an awesome character to use all round. And if you haven't got any plans already, might I would like to request a Shigaraki video next? It's been a while aince you've done one of him.
Lmao yeah I honestly think I was just in shock when I saw him saving the civi while I was fighting that Iida 😂 I was planning on playing todo/endeavor but I can squeeze shiggy in there

I think characters should alternate moves you can choose . Like he should have his Detroit smash attack as well

I kinda get the whole Deku looking a bit too plain in this game thing, but I do have to say the recent color he got as a reward for the battle event is probably my favorite look of his in the game. He's also super fun but am not that good at using him lol
Yeah I agree, for some reason I had the default outfit equipped and not the darkened one we just got. But I’m really holding out hope for a vigilante skin 🙏

and how much more important is dodging compared to "traversing"(black whip/kick mobility)?
Not really outside of just explaining my thought process while playing him. I just dodge like normal and blackwhip when I need to run far. Outside of that I don’t really use either blackwhip or the kick for traversing unless I’m sure no one’s around
its so nice seeing a good deku gameplay since im very bad with him hahahaha. might improve now though haha

do anyone knows why Deku hits people for 85 and then 90 when I have his alpha quirk to level 9 this happens to me on controller alot
What changes for black whip when leveling it up
Reloads faster, gets bigger making it easier to land on enemies, and at lvl 9 you get a second black whip for more mobility
I gotta know what level are you at I’m at level 61 and I would think they should add Detroit smash for his gamma
Currently at the max 99 ☠️ and honestly I’m shocked they didn’t make his signature Detroit smash one of his moves
Ok that battle against iida was awesome and the cementos was not the greatest cementos I've seen
Yeah felt very animeish how we ended up downing each other 😂 and Cementoss was unique for sure
yesterday with iida i bugged the recirpo turbo and it laster forever unless i deactivated it by lvl up or going down
Yeah it’s a bug I came across a while back that I was hoping they’d fix for season 2 but still haven’t 😭

My favorite part about deku in this game is his emblem that stupid look he has is quite funny other than that I HATE HIM I HATE GETTING SNIPED ACROSS THE MAP FOR ALL MY HEALTH

He's plain bc his good melee is only two kicks, his original melee is ass, Dabi and Shoto got better melee and they ain't really brawlers 😂

It’s because of the team passives. If you have strikers on your team you’ll do more damage and on the other end of things if the opponents have assault characters they’ll take less.
