You should match power factor through the voltage excitation then kvar will become same also.

current depends on Power factor, so need to match power factor of both generators

Suppose we have 3 identical generators of identical rating but their kw load, kvar load and pf is different in all three machines. Now we want to balance the three parameters on all three machines. Where do we start with first? Do we start with governor speed control to balance kW or used avr potentio first to balance pf n kvar and then goto kW changes??

Should start from kw and once you balanced the load than check how much difference is there in var/pf

First make sure how much is your load PF, and than try to adjust with voltage regulator (potentiometer)
