Before perform SW1 and SW2 for AVR and GOV Should we setting Voltage and Hz at AVR and Speed control to below Nominal Speed ( Ex 50Hz and 400V ) so each 8610 able to adjust The HZ and Volt from Below to Nominal Settings?
