I have been planning an A frame house for a while and never settled on a design until I saw this. So many things clicking for me here. Absolutely magical.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the skylights, floating fireplaces, especially the one in the main bedroom. Also, the water fall. The main bathroom, the play room for the kids. Also, the floating shelves in the kitchen. ❤❤❤❤❤
What an incredible place!!😮 I rarely click into the links to actually check out a place to seriously rent but I did for this one. $667 a night which for a place like this is honestly not bad. The cleaning fee, airbnb fee and taxes however are each $300 apiece adding almost an extra 1k onto the total price. If I were rich haha 😂 the location is absolutely stunning!!! Every detail here from the cozy living room, the luxurious bathroom, to the playroom for kids upstairs calls my name. Maybe someday😍! Masterfully filmed Levi, I absolutely love your drone footage, they add so much! 🔥
If I’m paying $700 per night, paying $775 is not ridiculous. But the $300 cleaning fee seems ridiculous when there is not much to clean if as a guest you do a light kitchen and baths pre-clean.
@@Originalman144 I have to agree. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs and the check out lists have gotten ridiculous. It goes beyond light cleaning, we’re talking about basically cleaning the whole house. One house had us even clean all the shower drains! And of course still a cleaning fee! Crazy!
I seen this looking for design ideas for my A frame I'm building in the spring, decided were going to replicate this house with just a few different things... such a beautiful house
I particularly liked the last bedroom and it's ensuite bathroom. The design in there was beautiful. Loved the open windows for the dining room over the waterfall. That was gorgeous, would be amazing to have something like that at my own place ❤
Very similar to what I've wanted to do in Colorado forever. An A-frame compound of multiple units (large A-frame for indoor gatherings and separate bed suites in smaller structures), connected by decking and outdoor shared space (firepit/cooking, etc). Ultimate hang for family and friends, with much more privacy provided by the separate structures.
I should like to have something like this as a home. Perhaps making both A frame sections in the same large size though. Perfect for the snowy winters in Scandinavia.
Wow, what an enormous, beautiful DOUBLE A-frame! And amazing landscape, like a dream to be with the land while immersed in so much comfort. This seems like it would work as an actual AirBnB, with the rooms rented separately and the ENORMOUS dining & living areas as well as the firepit, not to mention the surrounding land to go for hikes & relaxation. And having a chef/cook, maybe one of the owners, prepare a wonderful breakfast for guests. That foyer would be a welcoming, cozy reception area, or left as it is, if a non-pretentious concierge (again maybe one of the owners) could greet guests & show them to their rooms, which are all great. That loft would be so fun for a young family, since the separate living area would be great for the parents to have some quiet time in the evening together. Again just a similar thought I had with another large home you showed. But moreover, thanks for another wonderful video!😊
My guess would be 200-275 or so for construction. A-frame is a simpleconstruction. The X factor is the price of the land and setting up water, sewer/septic, and electrical. My guess is 500-600k all in. If they rent it out at 700 per night x 125 night per year is 87k. After 5-7 years they recoup their investment. If they can get those occupancy nights above 200 to say booked for 225-250 night per year they would be making a killing after 3 ish years.
I’ll be honest I’m going to copy this design and build once my land closes. Such a dope design. I think I will want it as an open loft is the only change really I’d wanna make
The spatial division is very measurable and functional. I didn't expect that a triangular cone house could be filled with various rooms that were quite spacious. I don't know what the length, width and height of this building are.
What a spectacular design, and with that dreamlike landscape, although I would have liked to leave a wood texture as a finish on the interior walls, the house is still beautiful. hI fromm Medellin Colombia
Hello, I hope you're doing well! I've recently purchased a 40-acre plot of land and am planning to build an A-frame house on it. I'm curious about the designer and construction team you used for your A-frame house. Could you share some information about them? Thank You,
Type A was one suggestion 😅 I was told that Type A had to be made by strengthening the sides. It may be fun to think about safety and design things on your own. It's strange that it looks more beautiful than I expected. It has the same shape as a mountain😂
The only thing that is very poorly designed is that the master bedroom has the dining room as access, that could be redesigned so that when they sit at the table they do not have to see the bed unmade, the clothes on the floor, etc.. this space can be move or redesign.

DREAM HOUSE..
Love the water feature in between the two A-frames and the bathroom off of the master suite is luxurious!
This is one of the coolest most unique floor plans I've ever seen. Air BNB, or even full time living for sure. I'm kinda in love

This one was well done what a difference adding on another wing makes to the A-frame design thank you for sharing God bless you and your family

Places like this should build the cleaning fee into the nightly price.

Absolutely fabuulous...all that height and volume...privacy with the second A frame. Love it!!!😊 And generous floor space. You did it!!!
love those accordion doors in dining hall over the river - wow! those are not cheap, about $50k for both!
I looked at new four bedroom doublewides, over $200,000
So much inspiration wrapped into one space…how can we get the build plans?
my family designed them our selves.
I’m saving this for home inspo because WOW 😩🥰
Beautiful cabin!! Also, really well done video!
Beautiful! Regards to the family Levi!
LOVE THESE TYPES OF VIDEOS BRO 😊🎉🎉🎉🎉 BLESSINGS AND ABUNDANCE TO YOU AND YOURS ☺️

Great idea for extra space.
Thank yu. Thank you so much Levi. Btw Bro. Are the plans for this Aframe available? Its a perfect for tropical beach house
Not that I know of!
@@LeviKellyTours hi I am the son of the owners
How do I get blue prints for this?
On suite bathroom is awesome
Can I say……GORGEOUS
What a nice structured space. I could live there.
So nice and comfy.
I think I might do this, this way I can start with one a-frame and then expand if I like it / need more space.
I like when you talk and show in the same time its faster and better!🔥
How could someone afford to build something like this just for Airbnb? Amazing
I wonder what the cost of this home would be ?

OHHHHHHH Man I love it thank you ^^

toy! replica would be cool
Did this place get whacked in hurricane Helene? Boone, NC was flooded bad.
Love it and thank for the video❤

I would have a hidden pool table/ formal dining room table combo.
I want this one baby🌻 We don't even have to move out of state ⚡
What an awesome house ......

beautiful a-frame
I would need a third or at least a barn for a garage

Thinking how beautiful this would be with a natural looking stream and waterfall. It would be nivrana.

Quite lovely
That strip wood headboard looks beautiful but it will be a nightmare to clean!

Amazeballs 😍😍😍
This is sweet. Very jealous
I would love this
I always wonder: do you pay or get invited?
Love it! ❤
So true.....
This is epic
UPDATE: (My family's house) Some hurricane damage, back patio not in service, but still available.
Superb
Can't hang art in an A frame. Good for massive snow in the Swiss Alps and thats about it.
I hope it survived Helene.❤
a bit of damage, but overall fine.

Add music and slow down 🤝
Just … 😮
Sold🎉❤😂.......✅️
😍😍😍
I need to know the architect so I can hire them
we designed them ourselves.
What’s up Joseph Gordon-Levitt
No stove ventilation is a deal breaker.
As the son of the owners I watched it be built and the vents are hidden in the wall behind the stove
not the bed facing the door
Love everything except the smothering pasty drywall. Could've been a little more creative or modest
so its not an A frame but a M frame XD
