Love my V14. It is basically an ATV you can ride anywhere, any time - don't have to load it on the back of a pickup and drive it out to the woods in order to use. It allows you to rediscover your neighborhood and develop a level of intimacy with the area around you in a way that was not otherwise possible.
Euc's truly are life changing, its become so much more than just a hobby. You explore places you didn't know existed and meet lots of cool people that become life long friends.
Crazy, I'm also going from 16x to v14, it is so much different, a lot more heavy but heaps more power and very nice suspension. Defs need some learning.
With the x4 if you have an Apple Watch you can set an exercise for bicycling while riding and then sync the info to the x4 to overlay map route layover and gps speed, elevation, etc.
@@CfTesla gear up, and be safe! When I'm going on a similar trip, I'm dressed in my "most expensive clothes" (knee/elbow pads, motorcycle helmet, etc.)
Great video bro! Iv had my v14 for about 2 months and it's by far my favorite wheel iv owned or have ridden. Your enthusiasm is rad! Keep the content coming man
Great knee pads. Good on the wrist mirror and phone mount. Interested in where you got them. I glued a truck blindspot mirror to my wrist pad strap. I bought a leatt backpack chest and back protector and includes a hydration bladder. It’s a bit much but it is awesome just wish it came in black on black instead of black white and navy bag. I would consider when you get elbow pads get some that extend a little down the arm to protect your forearms from road rash.
I ordered both the mirror and the phone mount on the wrist from Amazon. I ended up getting a full jacket with protection all around it from my upper body.
Oh nice! Do you get out and ride much? I have been sent each version since the X2 and while they were passable they don't compare to the X4. 8k is so important when it comes to 360.Being able to output 2.7k after reframing is a game changer.
Be mindful that the TSG helmet is pretty flimsy with minimal padding and protection. I know a few riders who have gotten concussions in that helmet, and Dawn crushed it in half between her legs… If you cruise around 25-30mph you might want to swap to one of your larger motocross helmets or something else more robust.
The X4 is what I have been waiting for a very long time. 8k in my opinion makes the footage usable with other professional cameras. Being able to output 2.7k quality or so after reframing is very good for a 360 camera. For this video I had to use my computer Export apple prores 422. The file size was 75gb. I tried it on my phone first but my phone didn't have enough space to export it. For most smaller videos the phone is fast with no issue. I am using a M1 Max Macbook Pro.
Never pick the wheel whiles it's on the ground and speening it can torn your hands. Just wait for it to spin eventually it will cut out. You were lucky it cut out 1 sec before you picked it up.
@@CfTesla Look into some motocross type armor. You can wear it over your shirt and the fabric and the armour, which is usually a honey-comb structure, is very breathable and great for summer time. I have the Bionic V2 Protection jacket; it's very comfortable.
@@CfTeslaI second the elbow pads. Looking at your naked elbows is cringing me out lol. More gear. Jacket perhaps. Also, Leatt (same brand as your knee pads) makes a really nice chest/back/shoulder protector that I recommend. Forgot the name but it is about $2-300. High quality. Would definitely give you more confidence.
@@CfTesla yes, I started riding a v10f and unfortunately I’ve out grown it already….I should’ve bought a bigger ride, don’t get me wrong…I love the ride and feeling but I’m looking for another ride. I’m learning towards the V13 or the V14.
Nice camera,your doing fine,fun to go exploreing,also fun to get lost,keep having fun,iam 66 an also have a V14

100%!!! How long have you had it? Just recorded my first off road serious ride…I thought I couldn’t love it more. Will upload next week.

Euc and a Tesla, its always nice seeing other into the same tech as me! Next tech I'm eyeing is the G1 smart glasses.

Oh it doesn't seem to matter what export I do there are always injuries. I think I crave the excitement.

Not the Inmotion V14 though

Wow two months lucky!!! Going to get more time in the woods asap for me. Will do my best to keep it coming
Hi, which other wheels did you try before it?

Hi, do you feel any discomfort cause of too small tire diameter? Would not it make more sense for it to be 18 inches?
You’re a couple steps ahead of me, I have the V12 and the One X2, this camera is starting to show its age a lot faster than I expected lol.

Hmm good to know. Yea on warmer days I ride with the motocross style
Nice video...be careful out there, my friend has been hit twice now by a car.
Yikes! I don’t ride with the cars. I am all side walks and off road
How do you like the X4 so far? Planning to get one. Have you done the reframing on aPC with their app?

Oh it is very fun!
Yeah my 1st impression is wow that would be fun. Then I remember I am 70 .....

Elbow pads! At 20+ mph you need some sort of jacket. I have had one bad case of road rash and trust me you do not want to go there.
Yea you are probably right. I have had many crashes in other vehicle types and they are no fun. But I like the freedom.
