The respect for KP as a Wizards fan is awesome, dude can literally score at ease if he wants to and is a plus defender who can also stretch the floor! As long as he continues to stay healthy he can definitely flirt with being a top-20 player for years to come. Hope he stays in Washington!

The Ben Simmons ranking is actually fine, in 2020 I would’ve had him up there too, nobody predicted this fallout from him, nobody expected him to become a 15th man on a roster or worse, unplayable basically, so you don’t have to suffer from that ranking 😂
Haliburton needs to be in 2028
I really like the Cade shout, I think when he returns he'll be a force. Also spot on with Shai
KP is like 25th right now 3:45, dudes essentially Wembanyama-lite. Easily best player on the Wizards. Solid take
Honestly for that big of a prediction this video aged pretty well. I think Tatum may be higher, and move a couple names around, but overall it is pretty good.
With your next predictions, you should include more young players. I'm thinking Paolo Banchero, Victor Wembanyama, Scoot Henderson, Evan Mobley, Tyrese Maxey, Tyrese Haliburton, Desmond Bane, etc. Basically, you should include a bunch of guys who will be drafted this year or were drafted in the last three years.
Thoughts about top 20 list
20. Bam Adebayo: Right prediction he's on that trajectory.
19. DeAron Fox: Would say he's top 20 now in 17-20 range
18. Porzingus: Maybe like you said if he keeps doing what he's doing and the Wizards improve could slip into top 20.
17. Jaylen Brown: Like you said big miss JB is near top10 this year and if he takes another jump can get into top 10.
16. Joel Embiid: He stayed healthy and became a top 5 player.
15. Cade Cunnigham: Agree that he will be top 20, but saying he'll be better than Lamelo or Ant and they won't be top 20 massive miss here.
14. SGA: Perfect place and analysis.
13. Siakam: Too high for me he would be near the bottom of top 20.
12. Ben Simmons: Not your fault dude just lost all confidence in his game and has maybe 1 or 2 more seasons before he's out the league.
11. KAT: Like you said a little too high around 20 with Bam and Siakam
10. Brandon Ingram: Wouldn't say you missed to crazy would say he's around the middle 15-17.
9: Ja Morant: Pretty much a perfect spot.
8. Devin Booker: Perfect spot
7. Zion: If only he could stay healthy man if only.
6. Trae Young: Ehh would put him around 8-12 currently he took a step back this year makes me sad as a Trae and Hawks fan.
5: Jayson Tatum: Perfect spot literally perfect.
4. Jokic: Ehh currently he's top 3 no question but in another 2 years maybe Luka could overlap him, I don't believe he will and will keep him at 2.
3. Anthony Davis: When he's healthy MAYBE he's 3 but now would put him 7-10.
2. Luka: Can't put him over Embiid and Jokic currently and don't know if they will fall off, but currently Luka is top 6 and in 2 years might have him at 4.
1. Giannis: No question yes barring some massive falloff he will be number 1.

Trae Young has one of the deepest bags in the nba and in a down year is still averaging 26&10. If Trae leads the league in points and assists and the Hawks start winning, he’ll undoubtedly be a top 10 player

Mitchell will be 31 and relies on athleticism and speed more I think he will fall off a bit to 21-30 range by then also because of his defense not being as good as Bane and Bane will be 29 right in middle of his prime. He probably would’ve been an All-Star already this season if he didn’t miss a month with a broken toe
@@bkelly625 Mitchell doesn’t rely on athleticism or speed. sure, he uses it, but he doesn’t rely on it. he has fantastic handles (some of the best in the league) and those will never go away. look at Jamal Crawford. had great handles until his last game. he also has great touch at the rim and he shoots 38% from 3 on 9 attempts. and a great playmaker.

I don’t think it’s that much of a hot take to say he will decline to 21-30 in 5 years also given him continuing to get cooked on defense in the playoffs every year I don’t think that will get any better when he’s 31 and other two way talents and playmakers are emerging. That’s just my opinion maybe he proves me wrong
@@bkelly625 i have him top 10. he can easily have a Kyrie type career in terms of his place in the league. always 100% top 20, top 15 most seasons, and a top 10-7 peak.
In 2028 i feel like someone that needs to be mentioned that probably isnt going to be as commonly considered has to be Collin Sexton. He's really underrated and the Jazz made a steal of a trade to get him.

am i the only one who thinks jaylen brown is super overrated? not a good ball handler, can’t score super well on ball because his shot selection is bad, and his defense is definitely overrated. he’s good but not top 20. just jalen green on a better team
😂 JBs effective field goal percentage is 6.7% higher than Green who is also rated as one of the worst defenders in the NBA analytically. That’s a terrible comparison Brown is miles better on both ends he’s undoubtedly top 20
to me he's only slightly overrated by the fans who say he's better than tatum (which i'm sorry he really isn't in any metric) but he is still a legit top 20 player in the league rn could be top 10 if he gets his own team even today.
Saying he's in the same category as jalen green is just straight up wrong
