I really like Purdue and like Edey's big man play. Will be interesting to watch in the NBA against guys just a strong with better footwork and that know all the tricks
The issue is his speed and stamina. Stamina is definitely good for someone his size but still likely low for the NBA. He's slow though which is expected and that does not suit the NBA. The era of giant bigs in the NBA is over and the league does not favor slow bigs. That's why people like boba (7'4) gets zero game times whereas he used to get triple the minutes years ago . I love edey and hope he suceeds but this is why he will be a late 1st round pick(likely the 20th or 25th pick) despite putting up the most insane CBB numbers.
