    your mods are great.. ive watched this a ton of times trying to tranlate it to blender if that makes sense, since 3dmax is no longer downloadable for free, guess im not converting cars until a pro uses blender to do it..

    It doesnt let me put textures on the car or anywhere else in 3dsmax, i can't drag & drop textures

      I can't remember the exact method but its to do with the viewport settings, a google will help you more.

    i have an small problem. When im mapping the interior theu gauges and interior lod gets misscaled and the interior lod wont fit the gauges. It did work once before but something up now. I used the same textures earlier to the same car but decided to do it all again and now i cant get the gauges texture to fit. Heres a link to the pics: i.imgur.com/3fRpyza.png

      You don't uv map the gauges, they just use the texture interiorlod0.

    Sorry...but your way of mapping is useless...is not the way must be done, you will need a 8k texture to have a proper texel density, and if you have millons of uv islands the graphic engine needs to work even harder...the real vertex count go to estratosphere!!!...you need to map piece by piece if you want but like you see whe you open the editor...some pieces are already maped....

      I agree, this was made over a year ago and was my first attempt at doing UV mapping, since then I have learnt more and done it differently. But nice to know this for future people who watch

      No problem pal! i´m still learning too, mapping is a complete world (and most modders avoid it if is possible LOL!) i´m learning to mod AC so this tuts are nice! Thanks!
