Hi
My question is i have joined tcs bps with bba background, but i am working in IT domain as a support executive L2 level
And i will be completing my one year anniversary in tcs soon, but the problem is i am getting tcs bps salary 13k, do you think, after one year completion will i able to get same bps salary or new support executive salary ?
Which development course or programming course is easier for commerce graduate student to go for IT ?

Vai.. Recently I joined Cognizant BPS as a Process Executive in Data. I have a BSc degree ( Phys+ Math + Chemistry) . I want to join IT software in future. Cognizant give the opportunity to join in any field after 2 years of joining ( if the candidate have the proper knowledge about that particular field).. and I have knowledge in C, C++ , Python but I don't have certificates cause these subjects I learnt in my final year of college ( within Physics) So ... Can I switch to IT software? And one more question is ...are they check my BSc percentage to switch? Plz reply me bro
If they need certificates , I will do course in Udemy or other Sites to gain certificates. But can I get the opportunity to switch? Cause I have knowledge in C,C++, Python and also started learning Java.

0% chances. bcs am also bsc physics background and i got selected tcs as bps . after 1 years i left it due to same reason nd package is too low. now am doing MCA . i think you should to do it

6- dekhna padeg Project ITIS or IT ka aise hotahe process

If you want to move from BPS to IT or any business analyst tag in tcs then you need BPO3 grade, 2 years of IT project work experience and previous and Current band must be A.
If all the eligibility match then only request to manage, if manager request to HR then only it will happen.
No degree Or No skill is required you just need a BPO3 grade.
Can tcs bps from non it background go for tcs it internally ?
And by doing which course or certification will be easy for it in basic.
