To batao, 6 lakh expenditure per month. Court already said, if husband earing 10 cores , that does mean wife should get 50 core monthly.ass per court, for living a single lady wihout kids responsiblity the resonable amount court can approve. As she is single lady, she should earn herself.

Brilliant and most logical stand taken by the judge. The petitioner who is a single lady, with no responsibility towards the children’s education and other expenses needs more than Rs 6 Laks? Even the top film actresses may not be spending that much per month on personal expenses. And the petitioner’s lawyer keeps ridiculously arguing for court to grant a reasonable amount. The judge was fair and reasonable in asking to submit the details of actual expenses. Hats-off to this lady judge. 🎉

Maintainance is not luxury it is for livelihood. Even a judge is not getting that much as a monthly salary and she wants 600K a month for doing nothing. Maintainance has become a joke. Court should not entertain such applications.

She is High court judge, her per month salary is 2,50,000-3,00,000 and gets a bunglow, car, security,gun men, house help, medical , etc. Her annual income would be around 30 lakhs.
