Literally this is the video I was looking for. On internet we can see thousands of video where someone got 1cr package in IT but he/she was already into this field. But no body talked about how a commerce graduate can get a job in IT.

@@AlmightyGod.321 Thanks to my MBA college for this they made me prepare 1000+ questions and main thing was interviewers asked me everything regarding my skills and CV so I was well prepared and Interview lasted for 10 mins only . Prepare ur CV well and dont bluff be honest. For an instance they asked me the diff between C and C++ i said i dont know but i ll definitely loot into it. They asked me coding I said idk coding they said ok and later on they asked me managerial questions

Please Do not make people fool,6 LPA package depends upon many factors like, which college degree you are holding, distance or regular degree, year of passing, previous experience, multi skillset. If 1 out of 50-60 is getting 6 LPA that depends upon many factors.

In India, millions of youth Just like me are wasting their life in bpo and they don't get good opportunities in their whole life. BPO is an industry which is not good after the age of 25 because if a person is stuck in BPO, they neither leave the job nor get the good opportunity in the other fields.
