      In the first section, I'm all about the tutorials. I want to teach people how to make their own music and (thought leadership concept) not be afraid of "not being good at it!" I also have a book review in mind - I bought a song writing workbook that had 0 reviews on Amazon and it was terrible. So I'm inspired to write my own workbook.
      In writing this workbook I plan on gathering ideas from other songwriters and I'm hoping at least one or two would make an interview video with me! So there's a part of the process. And in educating my audience about why I make the music choices I make, I've started a series on basic theory to give them the tools if they wanted to do that too.
      This is in the very baby beginning steps but I have a loooong trajectory for this. It will take work for sure but it's time!
      *FYI, in your cards, you wrote "Sing up" instead of "Sign up." In case you wanted to fix it :)

      Thank you, Sunny! I have a video topic I am super interested in, and I would love to hear your perspective. *Internet safety* Can you give us very specific safe guards for protecting your identity and personal space? What do you do to feel safe at, say, public conventions where stalkers or creepers may be present? How do you handle the uncomfortable situation of being recognized in public, interrupted, or watched when you are trying to spend time one on one with a friend.
      It seems we are pushed to increase our reachability, but no one is talking about decreasing our susceptibility. As you know, this is super important for women and especially mothers, etc. I would really respect your thoughts and be so thankful if you could do a video on this!! :)
      When I had a safety assessment done, the officer told me that showing your face online increases your vulnerability by 10k, but I don't want to come across creepily faceless either! :) I also use an internet pen name. Is this one of your tactics to build a hedge?

    One thing I noticed in your videos is that you zoom in and out, add text, and graphics in your videos. I think this keeps me engaged rather than just you sitting and talking to the camera. I’ve been trying to do this more in my “sit-down” talk videos. Thanks for the inspiration, tips, and more! ☺️

      Linette Arroyo what software do you use? Do you think iMovie is good enough or is final cut much better?

    • @itspossibleonline7167
      @itspossibleonline7167 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I love that idea as well. I've been using iMovie and I do believe that it is engaging.

    • @VID801
      @VID801 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      iMovie works for me to zoom in and out. It’s about cropping, I don’t have to do anything with the camera. Just cropping at different transitions and moving the crop around. Hope that makes sense. I learned from another TH-camr I follow that the software, thinking there may be a better option out there, can be an excuse to procrastinate doing anything. Just start and you’ll realize it can be done in iMovie, at least at first.

    My type of business - and art is SOOOOO different that finding content to put out there that's relatable or searchable can definitely be a challenge. Your list here though has helped jog my brain! Thanks Sunny!

    Great tips thanks. I got the idea for my first video because there wasn't much UK based information on here about a procedure I was having done. Hey Sunny. I have to apologize on behalf of my Roku TV...I can watch your channel (using which ever family member is logged in at the time)...like your videos...but I cannot comment with ease. I wanted to thank you for these 21 tips. I literally went over to my laptop and found this video again just to comment!
    I create a lot content for my clients and my staff...I'm just so shy to share it to a bigger audience...and then there is always taking time away from my daily shop owner duties to clean up my content so it is ready to post, which can be scary. I have nearly 7 years of content on a hard drive. So thank you for these helpful simple ideas (some allow me to pat myself on the back, I was doing some things right) that may just help me break the ice and start my relationship with this fantastic business tool called youtube lol. You are the Boss!

    Holy Moly Sunny! This was the best video for me yet!!!! I'm using Trello to organize my content brainstorms, but having these categories is going to help me push it to another level. You even helped me figure out how to use a GREAT program that I created but couldn't figure out how it fit into my brand and messaging. Now it fits!!! The Technology tip! I teach attitude, people skills and employee engagement, but I do a TON of research on these and have become a Google search pro. Now I can share how I do my searches that give such good results. It seemed unrelated before, now it's related. But that's not the only one that helped. I have tons in tutorials and tips. But I never considered doing reviews & book reviews (and I read a lot! Heck...I can even do article reviews!!) Category 2...Never thought about using any of those before! That hack is going to give me ton more to add (not that I'm lacking, I just like the idea of the variety). And Category 3. I've got the inspirational stuff down...maybe too much. And it hasn't grown much. But that Episodic idea!!! The projects I'm working on are definitely episodes of a bigger theme. This was too helpful to just write "Boss" below. Thought you'd like to know the specific tips that really helped me look at my own content differently. Thank you!!!

    So I want to create videos of myself performing covers from movies & tv soundtracks. I’ve been thinking about how I can put my own twist on this niche, and I think I’ve come up with 2 things...1) speak at the end of my videos. I’ll be playing the violin and most instrumental covers don’t have people talking at the end of their videos. And 2) make a short tutorial for the song. I want to make the tutorial no more than a min long and fun with tips I’ve learned to play the song.
    I’m hesitant on the 2nd idea most and was wondering what other people think
    Any advice would be great

    Hi #BOSS Lady, I already had this topic cited and loosely outlined, I have a RANT, possibly 2, yeah, 2 RANTS building. So #7 THOUGHT LEADERSHIP w/b on my Recording List for the next few days now that some new equipment has arrived from Amazon. (yeaaaaah!) A number of these were already on my (LONG!) list, just listening to your video and taking TONS of handwritten notes (still The Best way to stick it more firmly INTO our brains than just texting into our NOTES, although I ♥ Notes in my iPhone!), has shifted the priority of a few items. As EVER, thank you so much for your generosity of sharing your WEALTH of expertise with us gratis here @ YT. Cheers and a SUNNY shower of blessings on you, #BOSSClub Lady! - April

    You make it sound really easy! And I’m sure the second will be much easier after I have accomplished the first one.

    Pretty good making, but why the number of viewers is so small? Even I saw some videos that are not good making but they have a lot of view. How they do that.
