Hi Cole, good session. Over the winter concentrate on XCountry to build your strength again. You have got plenty of time to get quicker over the half. Do some 5k & 10k’s through the winter then you will smash your track md times next summer
Thanks man i appreciate the advice! I know its a bit early for me over the half distance, but its my favourite distance to race so im hoping to still do 2-3 over the winter!
What is Canterbury Endurance? You all seem to belong to different clubs so is it a coaching business? We couldn't find anything about it online. We've watched your blogs for ages and never thought to ask.
Ah thanks man. So Canterbury endurance is a bit of a training hub for all athletes. It’s completely free. My club doesn’t have the depth of athlete to provide decent training partners or sessions so I join together with some of the best in kent to keep training competitive and motivating whilst still being able to represent my club!
300m in 40 secs is so feckin quick. This will definitely help you improve your times in 800 and 1500 metres. I reckn you can run 800 metres in under 1.55 and 1500 in 3.50.
thank you i'm verry happy
