Cardiff City mean so much (sometimes too much) to their supporters, good that he mentioned "calming them down" , went to Hull and great feeling amongst support...still a bit of trouble from some 'elements'..people to whom it means TOO much. Things looked dodgy even over the last month but his previous experience and man management guided the team through. Hope Neil's words get through to all, approach next season with a 'nothing to lose' attitude. I don't know how he can make himself any more popular with Cardiff City fans...perhaps talk Bale and Ramsey into coming home.
Kept us (Rotherham) in the Championship when he was hired. Before he came we were virtually relegated. Rotherham supporters love this bloke. He wouldn’t sign a permanent contract at the time because Sharon his wife was sick. The best Championship manager and genuine bloke period. No bollocks says what he thinks, what’s wrong with that.
We should give him job security for the entire season as he would be the perfect man to bring it back up the season later you can build up a big treasure chest that way and he has the club best interest at heart I'm sure he'd like to retire 2 years time leaving Cardiff City a steady Premier League team then the position on the board to work with tan as these big business people needs it professional around them to advise people who know the game inside out warlocks the man
