I have had the same issue on Mac and Windows when I tried to change the pre-defined profiles. Try to create a new one instead. It worked for me instantly.
Razer Raiju TE/Ultimate - cannot remap other buttons except the 4 extra ones. Astro C40 TR - Only have 2 extra buttons. Nacon Revolution Unlimited - No physical hair trigger stops. All 3 are good at almost everything, but yet lack one or two main features to become close to perfect in my opinion. Guess I'll have to wait patiently for the next gen pro controllers for the PS5, while keep using my Raiju TE for PS4 in the meantime.

When I try to update firmware it says the controller isn't detected though I tested through multiple ways on my PC and it's definitely connected on some level
Dumb question, but is it possible to completely turn off L3/R3 and reassign those functions to the back buttons? I have zero finesse on the thumbsticks and would love it if I didn't have to focus on not clamping down on them.

This controller could have been the best in the market but has a missing feature. Still no trigger stop mechanism. SMH as the Revolution Unlimited is their 3rd variation and still no trigger stops.
@Ed he means that this controller does have trigger stops but its software trigger stops that you have to configure yourself on PC. I dont like it myself. Should have been physical trigger stops
Anyone else having issues with this controller on windows 10? It works in the software and when I press the ps button it brings up the xbox game bar and i can navigate etc but when I load up a game eg fortnite or warzone it's not detecting any input and I have to use kb + mouse. Anyone know what's up or experiencing the same?
Nice clear video & instructions. Thank you. I still find it strange that a 'Playstation Officially licensed product' needs to be connected to a PC to adjust the profiles/settings. Why not have it ON the PS4? The Xbox elite controller does on the Xbox and/or PC. :-)

Beau-Dale Moore ye man, just install DS4 for windows or mac, and every time you boot up cod or any other game, just plug in the controller and start Ds4, and you should be fine
How do you get the controller to be the same sensitivity as a normal controller? It's something that's not stated anywhere but it's kinda a major deterrent for me on the controller
I connected my controller to the software on my Macbook Pro with no issue. Then I went on using it on a PS4. When I tried to connect to the software again I couldn't. I verified that my slider was on "02" and that I was not on wireless mode but it just won't connect. Can you help?
Guys I found out why the computer wasn't detecting my controller and it was because the USB-C wasn't plugged in all the way into the controller. So if you're experiencing the same problem, just push the USB-C while wiggling it, that worked for me and now the software recognizes it, and so does my computer

I just got it and thanks for showing me how to remap the back buttons without a PC. Naturally I have a PC, but it's bothersome. One thing I wanna know is, I want to be able to remap the buttons whenever I want without connecting to a PC (setting 1) but I wanna keep the hair trigger for the L2/R2 buttons I installed using the PC program. As well as the analog stick deadzones. Is that possible?
Out of curiosity. What did you set your region to when you set up your account on there. I see no option for the United States. I got mine off amazon with prime and and tried to set up an account but I don’t see an option for America.

Thanks for this. The app isn't as intuitive as it could be. And the collars have me confused!? I've read online that Nacon's customer service isn't great which is a worry should the pad develop a fault.
Do you know when in mode #1 how to remove the button that has been programmed to one of the extra underside buttons? If I want 0 inputs under the controller. I programmed the underside buttons and find myself doing too many accidental activations. So now I need to remove those inputs but I cant figure out how

On previous versions, the software allowed you to map the customisable buttons to accomodate for macros. Is there any way to do this with the unlimited? IMO it’d be a major step back if they omitted the feature for their new flagship controller

That's the only issue I've had with it.... my friends have said my sound starts to get quite bad over time. Only an issue on wireless

Torva Messorem I don’t think that would work since the profiles you do manually and the ones you do on pc are a different mode.

Honestly both are great. I don't know if one is better than the other. Nacon Unlimited is going to have some newer features though.

@@Al6s_Duke That's actually exactly what I've been using. The thick one to move and the thin one to aim and it's been good so far.
I think the thin has the same effect as an kontrol freak expansion which makes the stick higher. So it makes sense to use it for aiming.

You can map one button press to each button. They took away macros in the Nacon 2.
