Does the “factory reset requested “email confirm that the phone has been sucessfully erased?
By this method did it only remove data or did it remove Samsung acccount and samsung cloud also ? Please answer me before I throw it away

Just the data on internal storage of the device.... All cloud backups and uploads will not be deleted...

I broke my phone, the screen is black out and the on/off and volume buttons stopped working. It's gonna cost quite a bit to fix it so I bought a new one. You cant locate it, but you can turn on alarm(useful if you lost it and its near), or erase data(sameone stole your phone and you want to secure your accounts and other online services)
