    Definetely looks like it would taste amazing. Although I’m not a keto dieter it does look really good and all diets work if your in a deficit. Can u type up the calorie and protein breakdown? Would adding a whole egg potentially maker this better? I like the use of the allulose here.

      I have a 3 whole egg (+1 egg white -no yolk & give the yolk to my dogs) , mushroom, green onion omelet with 1/2 an avacado every morning & I'm not 100% keto and I'm not gaining any weight from it.

I love mixing peanut powder (hardly any oil in it - so no worries about the omega 6 - and mix that with cocoa powder - and a tiny bit of stevia & H2O - mix it up and it's like FUDGE... sprinkle with a tiny bit of Himalayan sea salt - and it's pure bliss!! (nice source of protein, fiber & potassium - especially if it's alkalized cocoa - thank's Thomas - I found that's a great, very yummy way to get more of that into my diet. :)

    • @Doctor.T.46
      @Doctor.T.46 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I shared your views on airfryers and microwaves. By most measures, air frying is healthier than frying in oil. It cuts calories by 70% to 80% and has a lot less fat. This cooking method might also cut down on some of the other harmful effects of oil frying. ... One study shows that air frying lowers the amount of acrylamide in fried potatoes by 90%.
      Then I looked further into airfrying. Not only does air frying still run the risk of creating acrylamides, but polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amines can result from all high-heat cooking with meat. These compounds have associations with cancer risk, according to the National Cancer Institute .
      With regard to microwaves, Microwaves are a safe, effective, and highly convenient cooking method. There is no evidence that they cause harm - and some evidence that they are even better than other cooking methods at preserving nutrients and preventing the formation of harmful compounds.
      The food heated in a microwave does not become radioactive and is therefore safe. Microwave ovens operate at a frequency that is not harmful unlike other higher radiating radiofrequency.
      Looks like you and I might have to modify our opinion...or at least do some more research.

    Hey Thomas, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time(from UK) to learn more about our health and our foods, I had a question, you’ve done a few videos on belly fat, but what about thigh, hip and butt fat, or aka high eastrogen/ ovary body type. I would like to know what foods to eat and eliminate from my diet, which is the Mediterranean diet. I am a male,16 so of course I don’t produce female hormones naturally, and perhaps my food choices increase the level of oestrogen in my body. I do have naturally high levels of testosterone so maybe that changes things.So what do I eat and not eat? thank you. You’re great mentor

If they keto and if a drop of them kicks you out of fasting (I sometimes really hungry and might put a bit in a spoon and eat to trick my brain). The ones most common are Frank’s red hot, Louisiana, Tabasco, sriracha, Buffalo, specially Mexican ones like Valentina, salsa Buffalo, cholula, San Luis. And powdered like tajin. Thanks

There are lots of different sweeteners that are keto friendly...monk fruit, erythritol, stevia, BochaSweet (kabocha). Tara's Keto Kitchen is a good resource for baking with different sweeteners.

      On keto we subtract the carbs that aren't digested, like fiber and sugar alcohols, because insulin doesn't react with these.
