    Thank you Father for being Traditionalist priest and for having the courage to proclaim the truth about St. Faustina and the Divine Mercy Devotion. You are correct. Our priests may not be what we want, but they are still our priests. The Church ⛪️ may not be what want, but it is still our church. Our saints may not be what we want but Holy Mother Church ⛪️ has infallibly proclaimed to be our saints. 🤓

    For those who doubt this beautiful devotion from the heart of Jesus, this is very scriptural. Romans 5:20 says ‘The law entered in so that transgression might increase but, where sin increased, grace overflowed all the more’. In this horribly sinful era, Christ, who desperately wants all people saved, gave us a most gracious means for saving our soul. The law, (Ten Commandments) is still in effect today. So, in order for Our Lord to fulfill the second part of the verse, (grace overflowed all the more), He has mercifully given us this devotion. Why would someone not take advantage of this beautiful act of our Savior.

      The same Church hierarchy approved Dvine mercy in the 80's that continually lied to the faithful about Fatima and then released a fake 3rd Secret which everyone knew almost from the instant that it was fake. Not to mention kissing the koran and putting a buddha pagan doll on the tabernacle at Assisi. Sorry, there were and unfortunately still are too many liars in Rome. Everything they release must be reviewed carefully against the traditions of the faith and evaluated on that basis.

    In a decree of the Holy Office dated March 6, 1959, we read the following: “The Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office, having examined the alleged visions and revelations of Sister Faustina Kowalska of the Institute of Our Lady of Mercy, who died in 1938 near Cracow, has decreed as follows: The distribution of pictures and writings which present the devotion to the Divine Mercy in the forms proposed by this Sister Faustina, should be forbidden.”

    People who are vested in Divine Mercy understand Entry 1797: "My daughter, help Me to save souls.” This means, "Save a soul, save your own". Saint Ferrer said this about judgment day, "On that day it will be better to be a sheep of Jesus Christ than to have been a pope, or king, or emperor." Divine Mercy is not about priests, bishops, cardinals or popes, but people are making "Divine Mercy Sunday" about themselves, and it is not about them. Divine Mercy is about the sacraments that are valid even if the priest has fallen into such depths of prideful sin that holiness no longer exists in them. Fame, power and position is what the priesthood has become for most priests, and it is a shame that the Church of Jesus on Divine Mercy Sunday that should be more packed than Easter Sunday is practically empty on Divine Mercy Sunday. It is a shame that the priests are turning Divine Mercy Sunday into sacraments in a selfish way, and are not seeing the real importance of Jesus saying in Entry 1797: "My daughter, help Me to save souls". This is what the Divine Mercy Prayer is, IT is a way to save souls, because Jesus promises that He will plead to His Father for the soul in their last hour of breath if that soul receives the recitation of this prayer! What father refuses his son who pleads in mercy? Most priests do not understand this importance of Divine Mercy. Priests have turned Divine
    Mercy into a drug for them to administer to the flock by way of sacraments, and the reason Jesus brought Divine Mercy to the world is in Entry 1797:, "My daughter, help Me to save souls." Jesus said this to a nun, and not to a priest! Faith is what keeps the sacraments alive if one truly believes Jesus when He said, "Your faith has healed you, now go and sin no more!"

      This is Low Sunday, Quasimodo Sunday or Dominica in Albis not divine mercy sunday. That is not part of the Liturgical Calendar of the Traditional Catholic Latin Religion of the Roman Rite.
      Condemned by two Popes because it did not come from Heaven.

      @@lucillebonds2196 You can say what you want Lucille, believing what you want, but I know different, because of a supernatural spiritual experience that Jesus gave me concerning "The Divine Mercy" prayer. Here are the particulars: My uncle abused me sexually as a child of 12 years of age. It made me a very angry and bitter person in that I was disowned from the family for accusing him later in my life. My uncle told me that if I told anyone, he would kill me, and so I blocked it out of my mind, to protect my well being, and one day in Manhattan in my late 30's, I remembered it. It was quite the experience for me. To make a long story short, being disowned, I was never accepted, even by my own brothers. Of course you can see how this would make anyone angry and bitter. I prayed incessantly for this man till the day he died, and when I learned of his death, I asked my daughter to pray with me. She knelt before the Divine Mercy Image that was solemnly blessed(important blessing to do). It was 3:45pm, another important factor to consider, because it was within the 3 o'clock hour(am or pm) that Jesus says is the best time to pray, The Divine Mercy.
      When my daughter knelt on her knees, ready to pray, before I got on my knees, I asked Jesus in my heart, "Lord if you have heard my prayers for my uncle, please let me know that he is in heaven with You, by letting my daughter cry tears." I got on my knees, and we began to pray. During the 3rd decade of The Divine Mercy, my daughter nonchalantly took the palms of her hands, and one by one, she wiped the corners of both of her eyes. Then on the 4th decade, she was crying. On the 5th decade, she was crying so much that she was sobbing uncontrollably, but still praying.
      At the end of praying The Divine Mercy, I asked my daughter, why she was crying, and she replied, "I don't know". I told my daughter later what I had asked for from Jesus as a proof to show me that my uncle is in heaven, by letting her cry, and my daughter knows how Jesus gives us many proofs of His existence. He has given my daughter personal proofs, so she does not doubt Who Jesus IS, and listens intently to me as her father, because I do not give her fatherly advice, I give her Godly fatherly advice.
      FYI: My wife arrived during the time that we were praying, and she is a witness to this event, that she could not believe was taking place, because my daughter was so rebellious at 15 years of age. Pray both The Rosary, and The Divine Mercy for these times!

      @@reucat24 If read correctly, the Divine Mercy requires what appears to be a perfect contrition---this condition, if followed correctly and not the hippy-dippy way, is best to be not tried as it is really just too much.
      I think that while the Divine Mercy is valid, it is probably meant for a minority of cases and best left as a 'background' devotion for normal men.
      This devotion's problem stems from it's outward appearance of being an easy thing to preform; this is why the modernist inclined love the devotion, and the traditionally minded are wary of it.

    I've often wondered why heavens calls are only possible for Catholics as for example praying the Ave is not going to be acceptable to protestants, they can't confess, they can't receive Holy Communion.. does God have another plan or is it a case of your not Catholic? tough you should have been?

    • @hunk0075
      @hunk0075 ปีที่แล้ว

      No one is restricting them, Jesus welcomes everyone whatever your religion is. The instruction is very specific. Like any other biblical instruction provided to the prophets, Saint Faustina also received this instruction for us to follow. Jesus has kept his promise after his death and ascension to heaven that he will not abandon us until his return. His Mercy is our last hope before damnation comes.

  • @johnp556
    @johnp556 5 ปีที่แล้ว +10

    It's Catholic "once saved, always saved and it's also a Catholic version of "faith alone". Faustina says all you need is faith in God's mercy. Well, that's exactly what the protestants have been saying for generations but I'll stick with what the Church has always taught that faith without works is DEAD. The diary has many huge errors. The prayers themselves are fine except that many pray the divine mercy instead of the Rosary because it's "easier". Who would want us praying less rosaries? The devil, that's who. The promises and endorsement of things like communion in the hand are not Catholic. I don't need Faustina's devotion to trust in God's divine mercy, I also believe in God's justice which Faustina's diary seems to ignore.

St. Faustina is canonized a Saint, so is her devotion an official feast of the Church. Whether we like what some Pope's or cardinals or bishops preach or not, whether they're wrong or not, the truth remains that the Church, the Mystical Body of Christ is infallible

      @@kings-Rex Right, otherwise what does that make us but protestants if we don't believe in the infallibility of the pope, (in faith & morals at least) . I saw the body of St. John XXlll in St. Peter's (2007) & he was incorupt. I thought it was a wax figure, I did not truely believe he could be a saint. After listening to this story of miraculous healing, I truly believe I was wrong. As far as Divine Mercy, that was also from a previous saint many years ago, it was similar so it's not really new. It doesn't replace the rosary for me or for anyone I know from church! Why would anyone say that? So many miracles from these devotions.
