Mike is a fan of grandmas in both Smash Up and Let's Make a Bus Route I see! I totally agree with Tokyo Clash. Wish it had gotten some expansions with more monsters. It has its flaws but it's just so fun and thematic!
I have Rampage / Terror in Meeple City. The instructions suggested putting two or more boards together, to make a bigger cooperative version of the game. Are there any other games out there like that?
Bang the dice game is close for the dice rolling and rerolling them. You can say the roles help to because from time to time you do team up with others to knock someone out.
The game I predicted would be on the list was fight run or die... which is a sign of how many awesome games you can link with King of Tokyo in one way or another.
I get why you wouldn't put Unmatched on here, but it's hard for me not to consider these types of games without including Unmatched. Great line of videos, thanks guys.
Surprised to not see Dice Throne given how often you guys compare them, but good to see some lesser known games featured. Think there's also a miniature game called Monsterpocalypse that had a lot of godzilla flaire. I think though it's last Kickstarter got caught up in some major company collapse so, fans of that game will probably not speak of it favourably.
Most of the time I listen at 1.5x speed.....then I see comments like this and I wonder if I can actually remember what was in the video 30 seconds after it finishes. 🤣

Agreed!!! What a great game and there are SOO many kaijus they could add.
It's unlikely to happen officially so I'd love to see some people homebrew more kaiju cards and boards for it!

This was filmed during the summer spectacular which Mike was in person for. He still lives in Indiana full time currently.

It has a few more layers of complexity than the others. Though they could have included the new cooperative "sequel" though that is perhaps too alike.

Have you tried the Black Edition? I find that the addition of the Wickedness track makes this a MUCH better game!
