Mandy Moore and Anika Noni Rose brought so much life to Rapunzel and Tiana. Definitely my personal top two picks. They make the characters feel like someone you’d actually know in real life.

Ariel was my favourite Disney Princess growing up, Jodi definitely brought a lot of exuberance and curiosity in her turn as Ariel. I had no idea that she was Sam, Robert's secretary, in "Enchanted" until recently.
Paige O'Hara also made a cameo in Enchanted. I think she appeared on the TV as Edward was in the hotel room. I like how Alan Menken also included snippets of the themes that associate with those characters in the scenes featuring their actors.
It took a long time for me to actually learn that fact too in the past. Lol:)
I’m sad that Mary Costa wasn’t at least mentioned. She gave Aurora such a sweet voice, and also had an AMAZING operatic singing voice.

Anika Noni Rose’s performance as Tiana is criminally underrated! I barely see any people say Tiana is their favourite Disney Princess, which sucks cos she is, to me! Plus, her lungs are golden, since she really nails high notes, as shown in Almost There and Down in the New Orleans (Reprise)! 😍😍😍👸🏾🐸⭐️🫁🎵🎶
Tho, I also love Mandy Moore as Rapunzel and Kelly Marie Tran as Raya! They brought a lot to their characters, as well.
I can say she is definitely my husband's favourite Princess. She isn't mine(Belle is my favourite)but I have a lot of respect for her!

THE princess that paved the way for Belle, Mulan, and all the rest. The Little Mermaid and Ariel ushered in a renaissance for Disney (and particularly Disney princesses/heroines) that is still felt to this day.

When I first saw Tangled at 6, (my sister forced me to watch it with her, but ended up enjoying it) Rapunzel was my first crush, both in general and in cartoons. Mandy Moore did a great job both voicing her and doing her singing voice.

Moana's voice actress is by far my favorite. The love the movie. One of the main reasons is not only Moana herself but because The Rock is in it & he's my childhood in a nutshell. Watching him in or out of the WWE ring is so special to me. I love Elsa's as well. Frozen forever💙❄
Jodi Benson (Ariel) is Patrick Dempsey's secretary in Enchanted. I love her as Ariel.
And Paige O'Hara is the mean woman on the soap opera the guys are watching in the hotel room. This always made me smile cause Belle was my favorite and this character was such a departure from the princess.
It just speaks to her greatness that Lea Salonga sang for two Disney princesses

I know this is a technicality, but I would have LOVED to see Anastasia's voice actors up there. The singing and talking voices brought so much to the character and she honestly just has a beautiful voice

Auli’i Cravalho absolutely nailed the comedy of Moana! She has a ton of funny little quips I remember, on occasion.

Top two spot will always belong to those two Renaissance princess. They are so well known for their vocals. My third choice is Judy Kuhn for Pocahontas. I grew up watching this era. I love it!❤

My favorite Disney Princesses are Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, Raya, Moana, and Cinderella. I love the remake princesses as well. I would love to see a video of Top 10 Disney Female Animal Voice Acting Performances.
Snow White and Cinderella should definitely be in the top 10. Snow proved that audiences could care for an animated character as much as a live actor which seemed unthinkable at that time. And Cinderella played a large part in saving Disney from bankruptcy after WW2 which helped fund the construction of Disneyland and Walt venturing into television. Had the performances of these two not been so impactful during especially hard times Disney would not have survived
Agreed especially since these two were the OG Disney Princesses. Their voice actors really don't get much credit for bringing them to life.

First, I love this list but I was kind of hoping to see some of the Disney princesses that took television by storm. Also, ironically Jodi Benson played another mermaid in a television series. She was aqua girl in the Batman beyond series.

Zachary Levi and Mandy Moore have insane amount of chemistry as the voices of Eugene (Flynn Rider) and Rapunzel. And in real life too. Have seen their interviews. So much so that I literally ship them in real life too. ( Don't get me wrong I know that Zach and Mandy can't be together in real life and I am really very happy for them for wherever they are in their real life.) No wonder Eugene and Rapunzel are the BEST DISNEY COUPLE EVER. 💚❤💜

This list is missing a lot more voices like ( Sarah Silverman as vanellope van scwettz(wreck it Ralph film series), Angela Lansbury as Mrs Potts(beauty and the beast film series), ginnifer Goodwin as Judy hops(Zootopia), Ellen DeGeneres as dory( find Nemo film series) Joan Cusack as jessie(toy story), Beyonce ( the lion king live action movie), rosaling chiang as mei lee ( turning red), Kelly Marie tran as raya( raya and the lang dragon), holly Hunter as elastagirl/Mrs incredible, you even left out Adriana Caselotti as snow white ( snow white and the seven drawers) the first Disney princess smh
They called the list Top 10 Disney Princesses, but included Esmeralda and Megara (who are not considered part of the Disney Princess lineup, While Mulan is considered a Disney Princess.)

the nice thing about a lot of these is that they are voice actors or broadway performers, not celebrities. nowadays so much voice casting for these is given to celebrities who don't always work.

Rapunzel is my favorite Disney Princess and the fact that she was voiced by Mandy Moore makes it so much better! I was always a fan of Mandy thanks to her music and movies especially A Walk to Remember and she really brought Rapunzel to life. Paige O' Hara as Belle is my second favorite. Irene Bedard as Pocahontas deserved to be here at least.
