Great video ! Just a note for anyone looking for inexpensive methanol. Check your local industrial chemical and petroleum suppliers. Often you can get methanol for 1/3 the cost of VP M1 or other “name brand” methanol resellers. Methanol is methanol and most performance fuel suppliers are just private labeling bulk methanol that is $3 a gallon and selling it for $10 a gallon. Cheers

Love the channel and a lot of good info here based on my experience with WM as specific as it is. I run a JRSC @ 20,380+ blower rpm on my bone stock k24a2 and spray 2800cc/m of 20% water 80% meth through it. My setup consists of pump to check valve and then Y's off to a solenoid on one 20gph nozzle and then straight through to a 25gph nozzle pre TB.
In first and second I use BBG on the bypass and don't add any timing to help with traction and then in 3rd bring everything in, both nozzles and all the timing. At 16lbs I'm able to run 22 - 23deg ign on 91 pump gas safely but the amount of 91 being removed from the map is quite a bit obviously. The longer the pull the cooler the IAT's (I've seen ambient & a few degrees below), without WM I have no doubts the blower will seize best case. Power ended up at 425wh and 336tq.
I've never liked the amount of maintenance high meth concentrations require when they become their own fuel system and your only charge cooler in my situation and then the fact that it keeps you up at night thinking of what will happen if the system fails. I had to disable lean protection because Kpro does not disable nitrous controls in the event lean protection enables. Kpro sucks when it comes to IAT compensation but I have it set to remove timing while using the limited locked temp values. I once had lean protection setup too aggressively which at WOT turned off my primary fuel injectors but allowed the WM to keep spraying. Wideband was maxed out lean but the car still pulled decently hard but slightly down on power due to needing fuel. Zero damage was done and 0 knock count but that was ages ago, water & meth together can be magic. I also haven't found a solution for progressive spray that I'm happy with and I don't like the light switch effect it has on my setup. It almost behaves like nitrous in a way for me.
I believe I'm going to switch over to e85 and run 5 or 6 injectors where 1 or 2 of them are pre blower & post turbo. I was thinking with a nexus I could bring in injectors 5 and 6 in boost columns to deal with the heat since i won't be adding any charge cooling to the new setup. It kind of sounded like maybe that was something you had done or are going to do.

I used to run rubbing alcohol with distilled water, people in the forums were doing it. I also made a system that used my boost pressure to pressurize and inject my water. It was pretty clever, I did small amounts with no tuning as a kind of safety running 87 octane with 10-12 psi boost, I didn't really run it long enough to learn anything.

what if u dont lean the map for methanol and let ego corection lean the map for you and if anything fail it will be just rich?

Really happy to see you actually made video 🙏🏾. Thank you so much. I can keep suggesting “great” ideas if you’d like 😂. Thank you again man. Can we use the denatured alcohol and e98 with typical meth kits like AEM etc? Good with the pump?

Denatured alcohol has been safe on all meth pumps I've tested.

if you shoot the nozzle in the opposite direction of the charge-This forces the meth too turn, this atomizes much better than shooting forward. many oem shoot secondary injectors this direction. Also, gale banks meth-boost juice is good, he adds lube to the ingredient.

Thanks for the vid ! I have a BMW M6 with Meth injection, I have 2 separate throttle bodies below 2 separate intercoolers 1 for each bank , the nozzles are right before the throttle bodies and spray directly into the intakes , I was using 100% Meth I did a pull and I had what seemed to be a Methanol backfire, It split my driver side intake , engine had to be dropped to change the intake because of hot V setup ,
So I had it fixed I would do some pulls and all is fine but I would get a pop Or hesitation like a backfire in the intake , so I switched to 50/50 and that Pop hesitation went away , I think the 💯 meth is higher combustible and can cause it to backfire ignite in my intake tract ? Does this make sense to you ? Thanks
Oh I’m gonna try the VP super sauce plus it’s 80% Meth and 20% water

The water actually increases your octane more than the methanol does. The methanol keeps it from freezing. Water is pretty much the best anti detonation ingredient you can add. I mean everyone knows what happens when you throw water on a fire. It does expand when it turns to a gas and does push the piston.
