Yes you either stay away completely from previous bad addictions or you will live in constant temptation to do just a little bit. Which we know that will blow up into even worse addiction.
    Stay clean!

I love this! Self discipline, self awareness, self honesty, and making consistent action to be better!
The way you describe weaknesses/excuses is on point. I changed my lifestyle 3 years ago an there's strong battles at times and your so right what you said on everything in this video.

My therapist and family thought I was crazy for only taking cold showers 😂. I was poor and so I got pretty used to cold and didn’t stop I suppose. I feel younger than the people who are around my age, I just keep moving and I even eat standing up and or walking around. Brakes are good for your feet and shins 👍🫵😃Take care and there’s always something anyone can do.🇺🇸✌️

If we are honest to ourselves and are more importantly we are honest with our heavenly father he can begin to work on us progress not perfection, the was only one perfect person and that was Jesus, but thank God for his grace because we all fall short and ofcourse we all have our own crosses to bear daily alcohol drugs porn smoking anger lying the lust is long but if we surrender our minds daily to our heavenly father it does get better God bless you and your family always Bas and maybe one day I'd live to meet with and talk about life and its struggles and ofcourse laugh at ourselves 🤣🤣🤣🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏❤💪

Hey come on Bas Rutten? You are slurring your words sometimes here.
You , could be as big as Joe Rogan maybe. ❤ Karate Combat is great . You got a great job . Don't destroy things for yourself ?❤ You need that liver for something. So if you drink alcoholic drinks the liver function will be worse. I don't know exactly what it is, or how it eorks, but you might need some expensive medicine for your liver, and even a liver transplant . That's a terrible thing man. So selfish. I am jealous of Liver Transplant patients . Plus, you don't have to be like the boring people at The Bar . Drinking beer, just consuming junk. Filthy pizza full of dodgy tomato sauce. Drinks, so awfull they can even kill a man in high doses !
There's more women at The Chip Shop , or there is nice people just at a slightly different location . I don't know, The Coffee shop ?
And caffeine is not so bad even for pregnant women and alcohol is not so bad for pregnant women either . But only a little. Okay ? ❤ If I could get Taurine without caffeine. I would okay ?
So, evrn caffeine they say can kill an ant by making it hyperactive. Plus they're saying don't drink caffeine to pregnant women ?
Bas Rutten ? I will give you your booze . If , I may have my fizzy Taurine laced vitamin filled energy medicine. Thanks, I still want to live.

BAS, I PUT THIS MESSAGE HERE also.. so you might have a chance of seeing it. Because your trying to understand MIKE TYSON. If you want to know what he is doing, stop guessing from video footage and just ask LOL. A know Cus D'Amato Method, a should... my trainers were trained by Cus himself lol.. Bas,,, your a bad ass fighter, you really know your stuff, but your wrong about Tyson.. he does not do it the way you think. My teachers were trained by Cus D'Amato, same trainer Mike Tyson had... Tyson is always moving forwards, and he never lays in the middle. Destination is the sides, keeping outside the shoulder... flanking the opponent, getting to the sides where you can hit them and they cannot hit you,,, NEVER LAY IN THE MIDDLE. Now this is what Tyson is actually doing for power to hit the liver, he bends his knees extra low after getting to the side... SO HE CAN HIT UPWARDS INTO THE LIVER WITH LEVERAGE. Bas, its all about leverage under the punch... by staying low to the ground, keeping a low centre of gravity, this is where the leverage comes from for those left head hooks. But for liver, he bends his knees extra low first after getting to the sides before hitting upwards with leverage for liver shot or uppercut. What else do you want to know about THE STYLE, as Catskills Gym students like to call it... or Peekaboo as sports commentators nicknamed it ?... P.s, he is not punching the way you maybe think either... its all about moving forwards behind the punch, punching through the opponent while moving to the sides at the same exact time, MAKE THEM MISS, MAKE THEM PAY...
