Niwa Shuichi Niwa it isn't called flageolet. It is a natural harmonic. TheNoiseTracker is right that it is used in the intro. Natural harmonics are created by touching a string very lightly with the fretting hand and picking with the plucking hand at the same time. After plucking the fretting hand release should be immediate, and for a superior tone you should pluck near the bridge to create a more powerful and clear harmonic. I hope that helps
