lol same! With the tub/shower combo you can have it all!
When Peter first got into tiny homes we never saw any with real bathtubs. I told him he better find a way to fit a full size soaking tub 'cause "bath people" need it! That and the stand-up lofts really opened Tiny Living up to so many more people!
@@IndigoRiverTinyHomes I agree. Crawling into a loft turned a lot of older adults that are ready to retire, off. We are thinking about how we would get up there 10 years from now🙂

I’m only 49 and I have no interest in crawling around in my bedroom now! 😂🤷🏻♀️
I wouldn't want one. It's too hard to get in and out of one at my age. Plus, I don't live in the bathroom. I'd rather spend the space on living areas.
Love the bathroom, I would just go for two burner stove and extend counter top to ad more storage in the kitchen. Overall it’s a cozy looking home

Oh I love this tiny house! 🥰 The wood accent wall really adds character and the wood tones in general makes it so warm and cozy looking. The bedroom reminds me of a cabin. My favorite is the bathroom 😊 Love that soaking tub! 🤗 Thanks guys!
This is almost exactly what I need! As an older single lady, I can definitely make the stairs work for me and having a bathtub is essential! The fact that there's only one window in the loft is perfect. And having blackout blinds on all windows is a huge plus!
Could you please give a little bit more information on the type of toilet and plumbing, and is the hot water heater tankless? Also, more information about the outside of the house. Lastly, the weight? That's important because I'd need the appropriate vehicle to pull it. My biggest obstacle is finding land for the house.

It's a regular flush toilet with traditional plumbing and RV hook-ups for waste water. It's a standard 38 gallon hot water heater. The outside is painted SmartSide siding plus a cedar accent. Weight is 12,100 lbs.

That's one option. Or you could put a 2-top table across from the sofa instead of that coffee table.

Nice design. Does the part of the bedroom where you can stand to the left of the bed platform count as square footage or a part of the stairs?
Yes. We added that part in. If it’s over 5’ head clearance it can be counted. So the bed platform part doesn’t count even though it’s “living space.”

I love the loft that they design because you can stand up but I don't particularly like the tub. I'm not a fan of having the dark wall in the living room, it seems to me that it doesn't match there and I would put Grabs on both sides of the ladder everything else is perfect
